It was not a hotel! There was no one to talk to when we got there. We came w kids and we were two flights up The window was left open in our room and there were bugs everywhere!!!! Also the room wasn’t cleaned in months

The spacious dining area. When arrived at the property, no one opened the door for us. We pressed door belt, no answer, we called, no answer too. The neighbor was nice to help us to call but to no avail too. We waited for more than 20 minutes then finally someone picked up the call and told us the door passcode. Then, here came another disaster. After shower, the bathroom was flooded and the water flood not only the bathroom but the bedroom. Water came into the bedroom!! No wonder there was a wiper broom ready in the bathroom. We have to kept sweeping the water but no way the water ran because the water exit in the bathroom was clogged. The owner left us 2 pieces of cloth to dry the floor but not to absorb the water. We called the owner but to no avail until a rather strong message sent to the owner, then owner proposed to changed room. However, by that time we have already managed to drain the water by sweeping it over and over again. The owner said that flooding had not been happened before. We don’t believe it because the bedroom door, bed frame and the wiper broom showed evidence of flooding. We wouldn’t be back here again.

Not too close to bus station. About 15 min walk to town.. picture not true to reality.. no access to pool. Assumed it not for guest. Bathroom could use a shelf and towel bar.. no where to put anything.. not even soap for showing. Could use lower lights. Internet not so good.. was in room 6. Breakfast was pretty basic. Staff is very nice. Was not swept clean.. hair all over floor. Just off Main road where the buses passes.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was fine. It was basic, but comfortable and had everything I needed for 2 nights. The location was good and only a 10/15 minutes walk from the bus station. The price was worth it. Unfortunately there were a couple of power cuts, one during the night. The room got hot pretty quickly once the a/c stopped and it became hard to get back to sleep. It was resolved within an hour, so it cooled down again enough to sleep better. It could do with mosquito nets - I had more bites in the room than I had in 2 days at the falls.

Excellent location close to restaurants and the city and also to the bus that goes to the waterfalls. The price is not high and corresponds to the level of the room we got. Nice breakfast for an additional fee. Really pleasant and thoughtful service. Stairs to second floor without elevator. The stairs are higher than standard and difficult to climb. The window does not close properly. There is no shelf for soap or toothbrush in the shower. The room is very spartanly decorated.

The heater needs to be updated. It's a very bright heater that emits so much light for the amount of heat it generates (barely)
