The room was big and had a fridge and a kettle in. 7am of day of checkin I had 2 missed calls, multiple WhatsApp’s and a message on booking.com asking when I was coming which I responded to with arrival time although this seemed excessive. When we arrive no one is there, we try calling and nobody pics up so we wait for half an hour for a response which was annoying but luckily it was not late at night. There were ants in the room when we get in there and the walls were very thin so we could hear everything as the room we were in was on the main road. The air con was not very good and on day two there was a power cut. I know that this is not their fault but lots of other restaurants/ shops/ hotels had generators it would have also been nice to have communication telling us that there was a power cut/when it came back on as we could have made better plans than going back and forth to check.

This Airbnb style place put us in a different location than we booked. It was still convenient to the bus station and restaurants. Water is not drinkable, the shower is dangerously.

Location is great. Walking distance to everywhere! Private bathroom and there’s even a kitchen to use. Felt more like an apartment than a hotel or hostel. N/A. It was great

This isn't a *huge* deal, but I was looking for cutlery to eat my breakfast and there was nobody around. It would've been helpful to have some help on-site (I never wake up early, anyway). They did clean my room when I wasn't there, it's just, I never knew where to find them when I actually needed something.

Very comfortable location to bus station, supermarket, cafes, etc. The host was very friendly and allowed us to stay at the property a couple more hours after the check-out time because we had a bus leaving Puerto Iguazu later. The room had a small fridge, air conditioning,, electric kettle., mosquito nets on windows. In addition, we had access to the shared kitchen where it was possible to prepare own food. Nice garden with tropical plants in the yard. Drinking cold and warm water in a cooler on the territory of the property. The air-conditioning was outdated and a little bit noisy.

The room was nice and spacious. They were cleaning our room every day (also changing the towels and providing more shampoo), which we highly appreciated. The host was very nice and we were able to leave our luggage in the bus terminal at his business office. We also booked a very affordable tour with his company to visit the Brazilian side of the waterfalls. The kitchen was locked at night until late in the morning. One day we couldn't access it to do the dishes after our breakfast. The room is next to the street so it is very loud.

Amazing place, especially for the price. Staff were very friendly and we had room service for only a 2 night stay which was nice. :)

Ara is one of the hostess of the hostel. Really warm and welcoming from the beginning. I really liked that our room was separated from all the noise, had a small fridge, air conditioning, tv, and even a electronic kettle. The water in the shower was always hot (even if you like to take long showers). The most important detail: lovely pug to play with! Nothing. Everything was great
