Lovely modern hotel with great public spaces and large comfy rooms with a great view. Nice bathroom, good wifi and comfy bed. Ample free parking and easy access We didn’t mind the longish walk down the beach to restaurants but others might. It wasn’t very busy so breakfast choices were poor and the fresh fruit frankly shouldn’t have been served as it was too old.

The view from the room was nice, the bed comfortable and the facilities was good. Not water free in the room. The gym and spa just open during the weekend. Breakfast very poor, we were 4 days and all days the same, we have to ask the staff to bring more food because was finished and they didn't refill. The scramble eggs were cold and dry.

This hotel is on the outskirts of Puerto Madryn but close to the beach and the room had wonderful views over the gulf. The breakfast options are very good and we enjoyed dinner there a couple of times. Loved design of the hotel and the spacious lounge area was well appointed. Nothing really.

THE place to stay in Puerto Madryn

Location was perfect. Its the nicest hotel in Puerto madryn The lamp in the table wasn't assembled correctly so when I bumped the table the unsecured glass lampshade fell off and shattered. They charged me 120 USD for an IKEA glass lampshade what was already damaged and not secured to the lamp... Kind of annoying but whatever. Also Internet is slow but not due to the ISP, they use routers from 2005. I brought my own router from home and instead of 7 mbps download I got 26. They need to upgrade their old Cisco routers for something made this decade

The hotel, the room, and the staff were great. The breakfast was OK. The sauna, jakuzi and gym are good, but not available outside of weekend The amenities such as gym aren't available on work days, which is not only inconvenient, but bizarre. The internet is basically non-existent, you'd have better connection with pigeon mail

The overall view from the common lounge areas was exceptional. The hotel was in a nice quiet place with a short trip to more touristy areas. Much more peaceful and luxurious than a place with constant movement of guests.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. They even organised us breakfast at 5am as we had to get up early for a flight.

they provide us with information no accurate. the first night, they mentioned that the cook would arrive at 20:30 and that the resto would open at night. at 9:00 after we ordered our drinks, they told us that there was no cook and the food option was only tacos. that is unprofessional.
