The band played at the bar until midnight and the property doors aren’t sound proof

Rooms were great, property was awesome Buy beer in the lobby, got ice from the tiki bar on the property. Security won't allow you have it in a cooler nesr the pool. But this varied between Security guards.

My son got stuck on the elevator twice still under development

Staff is very friendly

There was no water pressure in the master shower and barley any hot water.

The property is absolutely gorgeous! I’ve always been wanting to stay here, but thought it was always under construction. The unit we rented was amazing! Absolutely beautiful and updated. The staff was great and the employees at Diego‘s restaurant were wonderful and the food was great there as well! Alejandro, our concierge was very helpful and informative as well! I thought the pool with the swim bar was already open when we booked this and construction hasn’t even begun for it yet. There is still quite a bit that needs to be completed on this property. We went when it was unseasonably cool but we were hoping we could at least get into the pool with a Heated pool and the pool that was available was not heated. Plus the Jacuzzi was not working to get warm either. It felt like lukewarm bathwater and with a little bit of a chill and breeze in the air we did not want to use it. We were told by two staff members that they would turn up the heat for us, but it never happened. After we spoke to our concierge, we found out that they were waiting for a part. I would’ve preferred to have known it wasn’t working instead of thinking the staff was just ignoring our requests. If you want a beautiful place to stay, a great restaurant on site, a wonderful beach out in front. This is the place! But if you’re expecting to use the amenities with a heated pool or Jacuzzi or the swim up bar, then you may want to look somewhere else.

It’s big, beautiful and right by the beach. THEY ARE JN CONSTRUCTION! There’s no notice of this anywhere! So we didn’t know. Be ware

The room itself was beautiful. It was clean and well furnished. The staff were accommodating and nice. If I had been aware of the construction on the property I would have booked elsewhere.

Very calm and family oriented. The pool facing the beach is perfect, very convenient walk to the beach. The air conditioning went out one of the nights, it’s was hard to sleep because it was so hot. Staff was there early morning to fix the problem.

We rented the 1 bedroom small studio kitchenette room on 9th floor. It was perfect only staying 2 nights and didn't need a kitchen. Loved the view. Bigger bathroom. More free coffee

During our stay at Esmeralda Resort in Rocky Point, we were thoroughly impressed and delighted. The room and amenities were exactly as advertised, if not better in person. The beauty of the surroundings and the quality of service exceeded our expectations, making our experience truly unforgettable. Elevator

We have been in Rocky Point on several occasions, we had never stayed at Esmeralda Beach Resort, several people had told us about this place so we decided to try it this time, unfortunately we did not have a pleasant experience, we feel that the price is high for what it offers , there is no service dog policy, there is no smoking area, there is no sunshade at the pool, the shower in our room did not pour water we opted to shower in the jacuzzi, we took the cooler to the pool only with the idea of ​​using the Bluetooth speakers and one of the guards checked our cooler to confirm that it had no drink, once he confirmed it, he stayed next to us watching us, we felt very uncomfortable, so we decided to get out of the pool and go up to the room, our condo did not have a dryer machine, it was a headache to dry the towels, since you cannot have them on the balcony, our condo was reserved for 6 people, but the condo does not have the comforts to sleep 6 people. We decided to have breakfast at Diego's tiki bar, they charged my card with my order and the order from another table, it took them 30 minutes to find my card, they told me that they would return the money from the other table, that refund never happened. The resort does not have a beautiful view as the comments say. There are many more beautiful places, with better views.

Sheets were dirty. Washer and dryer did not work.

No lobby, construction workers sharing our elevator. After making reservation, I got eight different emails wanting me to sign a contract, agreeing to the terms of the condo resort¿they had my address wrong repeatedly- they had conneticut not Wisconsin.
