Clean and close to the ocean The plumbing seems to have some very very minor things that aren't fully secured.

great location, close to the beach and to the main attractions ex. malecon, calle 13 the room had two tv's one didn't work at all and the other one only got 2 channels and the image was staticky and not good sound. The shower only had two temperatures very hot and boiling hot with very low pressure.

The room was fine, wifi was weak and NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER. Hot water was available for about 10 seconds by touch, by the time I got into the shower the water turned cold and never got hot again. I turned on only the hot water side and turned on the hot faucet side also, after 10min of waiting and getting cold, I simply gave up showering.

Rooms together and a ground floor. We were on motorcycles and parking was in secured courtyard with guard on duty, appears to be one of least expensive in area. very nice and clean pool area. Staff friendly and accommodating and walk to beach and restaurants. Shower had cracked tile, very low water pressure and took a long time to warm. Toilet had loose seat and wouldn't stay up. Bedding needs updated as blanket and spread were odd sizes. roach scurried out when door first opened but no others found. Pool water need heated as very cold. towels only no wash cloths. Despite dislikes have stayed there 3 other times.

Staff is very friendly I don’t know why I stayed here again. No hot water in the shower, the pillows are paper thin, towels are small are rough, curtains don’t keep the sun out, didn’t even try the wifi cause last time it didn’t reach my room.

for the price The parking and the security was fantastic .I felt safe leaving my property there .the AC was a little older but still worked very good . The toilet keeped clogging .the mattress were a little too hard .
