The AC was locked to a certain temperature. It wasn't getting cold so we end up relying on the ceiling fan.

The Location was close enough to the main strip, but far enough that it was quiet and peaceful at night. The beds were comfortable as well.

The man who attended us was a bit rude and not very inviting or friendly

The rooms were great for the price but was not quite a studio but motel room amenities. Rooms got cool quick and close to the beach and also close to a local bar. The office was closed for the weekend and was hard to locate the staff.

Easily fit our group of 6. Our apartment included a mini fridge and microwave, which was really nice. The AC worked really well and the showers were hot. Everything felt clean and safe. We drove to a few beaches all within 5 minutes with free parking and there's a large local walmart. The entrance was a little hard to find, but that was user error. The given address takes you to a crossroads - just turn right (if coming from the North/highway 8) and follow the dirt path to the end. The office for checking in will be on the right. It is "Whale Hill RV & Storage" on google maps ("Whale Hill" and "Whale Hill Accommodations" will take you other places).

I definitely liked the price ??? The only issue was that it took 30 minutes for the hot water to start.
