Amenity’s food and service exelent They became intense almost aggressive even when told a straight “NO” when they tried to reel us in to a talk about their fiesta rewards program

La comida es muy buena tanto en el buffet de almuerzos como en los restaurantes de especialidades, el personal de los restaurantes muy amables y serviciales. visite el hotel en epoca de mundial y los bares tenian trasmitiendo los partidos cosa que se me hizo muy buena. las actividades en la alberca muy entretenidas, y la playa muy bonita. La verdad la alberca esta vieja, el agua de la alberca se veia una turbia la mayoría del tiempo, Otra cosa que no me gusto tanto es que la programación en los televisores de las habitaciones no estaba muy entretenida y es que los televisores no son Smart tv o televisores inteligentes por que no podia ver mis series de Netflix, la mayoría de los hoteles tienen este servicio. Pero lo que mas me disgusto fue el A/C me hospede en el una habitación que ellos llaman penthouse es una de sus categorías top, para empezar desde que abres el elevador en el piso 9 hace un calor infernal no hay en el pasillo A/C después. la habitación esta bien, la vista desde la habitación era excepcional pero el problema fue que el A/C no enfriaba lo suficiente era mucha calor lo que se sentía tenia que tener en todo momento las cortinas para bloquear la luz, no me sirvió haber reservado esa habitación mas costosa por que nunca pude disfrutar la vista. y si lo reporté desde el momento que llegue pero la verdad no hicieron mucho mandaron al ( un técnico ) que no hizo nada, lo volví a reportar, pero paso lo mismo. creo que el Hotel esta viejo y necesita una remodelada de todo, me hospede allí por que ya había estado allí me a mi familia y a mi en lo personal nos avía gustado pero esta vez no... ojalá se pongan las pilas y hagan algo por que la ubicación y usus comidas son muy buenas, y todo el hotel pero necesita muchas mejoras.

Horrible. This hotel is so bad. I told them I am vegan and all day long no one would help me. They said they would "get back with me" about options but no one ever did. I expressed that all I want are some steamed or sautéed veggies and maybe tofu. They don't know what tofu is. Finally after 10 PM the chef sent me some veggies for my only meal here. I will attach a photo. What's wrong with these people? Have they never heard of a veggie burger or veggies and rice or just some items (beyond fruit or salad) that don't require meat, seafood, dairy or eggs? This is the only hotel in PV and probably the western hemisphere that doesn't get it. What a waste of money. Horrible. This hotel is so bad. good location we got food poisoning lots of other people also food was poor compared to our last visit a year ago they need to get better quality control

The location, the food and the genuine aim to please. There was nothing to not like. We were there through the cartel uprising with employees and deliveries unable to come in. The staff thst was there was amazing.

The food at the Italian restaurant was wonderful. The beach is very nice with fine sand and safe swimming. The pool, restaurants and room service staff was outstanding, caring for our every needs. We had a great coffee machine in our room! The overall atmosphere is great for couples or family, with just the right type of activities. The Wi-Fi speed should improve. Room could be updated (new cabinets) but are still good.

Breakfast fast fine. Omlet station nice. This was my third stay at the hotel. This time is seemed very tired. Cracked sink in bathroom, no night table lights so you could read in bed. Some staff seemed poorly trained. I did not like being called "lady" by the hostess at the Italian restaurant and at the breakfast buffet. Señora, señorita or madame are all preferred to "Hey Lady"! Casual restaurant by the pool serving guacamole and cheese and fries didn't have food at proper temperatures. I got quite sick after eating at this restaurant.

How close it is to the ocean and the ocean view rooms also the food is very good and the staff is very kind helpful and friendly I liked everything

Staff was great, especially Omar with activities. He went above and beyond to help us play fun activities. Pool was pretty shallow.

Everything was absolute perfection! The staff was so kind and went out of their way to ensure your experience was beyond amazing. I will absolutely return!

Beautiful property They need to offer more seafood dishes not just the inexpensive fish We were missing things taken out of our room. Swiss Army knife and my backpack

Friendly staff They offered cribs for my two grandsons . They were NOT cribs , they did not have a real mattress to sleep in . My 3 year old grandson in our room had to sleep in a bed surrounded by pillows so that he wouldn’t fall . Me and my husband shared to a full size bed ? ( used to a king size bed at home ) . Same with my daughter and son in law in the adjoining room with a one year old baby ?. The other issue is that they decided to have a major repair of the balcony door in our room without telling us in advance on the day of my daughter’s wedding day !!!!! It was a disaster ?

Beautiful resort, big pool and nice beach access, resort restaurants were amazing, family rooms were huge and it was just the right size for catering to small children but not feeling overpopulated. Staff were all excellent. It was perfect for families.

Excellent food with many options! Close to downtown and the marina.
