Hotel Mio Vallarta - Adults Only

El hotel Mío nos pareció una excelente opción en general. Desde la llegada, todo el staff fue amable y atento. Todos los días hicieron el cuarto, y elegimos la opción con desayuno incluido, el cual a nuestra opinión, vale muchísimo la pena y lo recomendaríamos. Nosotros llevábamos un vehículo, y cuenta con amplio estacionamiento. Nunca batallamos por encontrar lugar. Asimismo, al entrar, es importante hacerle saber que traen un vehículo para que les puedan dar paso a subir al Estacionamiento. Asimismo, preguntando en recepción, nos informaron que si podemos tener acceso a una playa caminando, en uno de los hoteles adyacentes (Friendly). Entonces, en general, nos pareció excelente! Tal vez el check out podría ser a las 12 pm, en vez de a las 11 am

Room was bigger than expected and loved the balcony view. Loved the location, there's a Soriana supermarket and Plaza Coracol about a 5 minute walk. Also I highly recommend the Food Park across the street , about a 5 min walk as well.Only a 15 min ride to and from airport. Bed was a little hard for me.

It's a good size room, with a comfortable bed and great shower - water pressure is some of the best I've experienced in Puerto Vallarta. The staff is professional and friendly. My room looked like it had been cleaned quickly. My first day, there was a small lizard in the bathroom, and it looked like it had been there for a few days, because it had small insects around it, like it was saving food. Two days later I found another small lizard, but could not figure out where it came from. In trying to be a Green, I did not request cleaning every day, but I did ask for clean towels twice. The one day I requested my room to be cleaned, the sheets where not changed. I know because I saw the same small stains on the side of the sheets/mattress, as well as, one of the pillowcases had several small black dots/stains, which I recognized from my first days. I stayed for 7 nights, so a change of sheets would have been nice.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times, and I’m completely satisfied with everything ☺️

I was forced to pay additional late check out fee despite having booked the room already.

Clean building, no kids, clean modern rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. Comfortable beds, great A/c, good vibes, close to airport The gym had some broken equipment

Great location, comfortable and fantastic staff.

Staff were friendly. The shower water pressure was excellent! I had an issue with the AC when arriving, but they quickly fixed it. Unfortunately, possibly due to the humidity, the AC would sometimes feel warm. I was greeted my a small lizard in the bathroom that might have been there for a few days because it had a small insect as food. It somewhat blended with the tile, but you would think it would have been swept when they clean prior to my arrival. Three days later I found another small lizard that seemed to come from behind the bed (possibly). There was also a small bug towards the balcony under the curtains. There was some trash in that area as well. I was trying to be conservative, and only asked that they clean my room once during my stay, with asking for clean towels twice. When they cleaned, they simply folded the used towels (I identified a small stain on one of the towels from when I first used it), and they did not change the bed sheets (I could see the same small stains on the sheets on the side of the bed). I have liked this hotel, but was kind of disappointed that it has lowered its standards a bit.

The hotel was fabulous and worth every penny. It was a cute boutique and the pool operates until 10PM. The staff was so nice and friendly and I much preferred my experience in this hotel then being in a resort. Highly reccomend this hotel. Gym was small.

Breakfast was good, nice AC, the pool area was great. Loud next to the road (we were on 1st floor).

Large rooms, great food, and excellent pool! Staff were not friendly, except the bell persons. They were friendly and went above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Rooftop Very rude staff that require training in hotel management and hospitality. The attitude ruined our stay for an otherwise beautiful city with warm nicer people. Basic facilities, dated and worn out towels and linen. Not worth the value, regret staying here over Zona Romantica
