Dawok and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. Nice spacious, clean rooms. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Has a small selection of surfboards to rent.

The standard of accommodation was very good, clean and comfortable. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. I also booked all my surfing via Agaliving, it was well organised with excellent instruction. I would recommend wearing reef shoes especially if you’re new to surfing. My whole stay was very enjoyable. Others have commented on the early morning call to prayer from the mosque next door, personally I really liked it but if you don’t want the early morning calls just wear earplugs- personally I embraced it. I also took part in the onsite yoga which was also very good. The beach is not a sit and sunbathing beach but hopefully people realise this before they book it does however have the longest left hand wave in Bali and offers some great surfing. There was nothing not to like.

Agaliving was one of the best places I stayed throughout my travels! You are steps away from the main surf spot! Dawok the manager was so very helpful, extremely nice and really wanted the best for your stay! I was able to use one of their boards and have a surf guide Herry, who was also the best! I can't recommend this place enough I never wanted to leave! The area is very peaceful and quiet in the best way. The people all around were some of the best people I have met! The breakfast was so yummy and the rooms were great. The garden all around agaliving made it even more special. I loved being steps away from the surf spot and the beach. If you are looking for a place to stay in Medewi to surf, chill and hang choose this one!

beautiful property with banzai trees, koi pond, surfboards, breakfast, bungalows, pool, yoga deck. incredible location right on the beach with eyes on the peak. would love to stay here again! the hospitality was unmatched kinda people with very good energy. the whole property felt like a garden.

Cottage was wonderful, staff friendly and helpful. Dawok arranged surfing lessons and drivers. Location was amazing! Nearby mosque’s loudspeakers for call to prayer at 4 am interrupted sleep, but that’s not in the hotel’s control! Bring earplugs.

They have a beautiful location right on the beach next to the surf break. There's a koi pond and lovely flowers on the grounds.

We had an amazing stay for our surf trip. Beach front. We also enjoyed their pool. Breakfast was delicious. Walking distance from restaurants and warungs. The staff and Dawok the manager were very nice and helpful. Always with a big smile! Nothing

Everything was perfect, location, cleanliness, safety. Staff was engaged and helpful. Breakfasts were great. There is temple next door with early morning prayer (didn’t bother me but might bother some)

Super chill vibe, all wooden, great surfboard for a cheap price, and so close to the spot when paddling out from the beach!

It was a great stay with surfboard rentals available onsite and the main break was in easy walking distance. The breakfast was really delicious, and the property grounds were beautiful. The room was comfortable and large, and the bathroom was well-equipped and had hot water in the shower. We stayed quite a few similar places in Bali that we also really loved, but they were all a quarter of the price. We would consider staying here again if it were more affordable. Possibly we happened to arrive when they raised prices for the peak season starting, and in fairness the main hotels in the area are quite a bit more expensive than they were. It seems like maybe they’re still trying to get everything running like it was before the pandemic? We felt that there were other options with similar offerings (but not quite the location) nearby that would have been much more affordable.

The staff is very warm and welcoming. It was nice to chat with them as well. The room is very comfortable, and a great setup for surfing w the break a short walk a way. It’s nice to relax on the porch and just relax listen to the waves, wind and birds. Pool is clean. The mosque is next door so it is quite loud as they have an early morning prayer service. I was able to sleep well w considerable noise protection, but it is loud. There is also yoga held on the property, although I didn’t get a chance to do it.

Exceptional

The best accommodation we had in Bali!!! We had a wonderful view from the ocean and from coconut trees forest!! We really enjoyed the surf, the waves and the fantastic yoga classes with Niluh ?!!! For the breakfast try the banana pancakes were yummy!!! Very good surfboards for rental!

The place was stunning, comfy and perfect for a relaxing surfing holiday. I wish we stayed longer, the rooms were nice and cool, and nicley laid out. The place was super clean and all the staff were amazing and helpful. It was easy to hire boards and a motor bike. We were even helped with getting transport to our next spot. The pool and yoga area were awesome, and the complementary breakfast was excellent, the banana pancakes were so yum! I will 100% be coming back here in the future.
