I was given the farthest room from the lobby. I had to walk a full circle to reach the room. On top of that, there was no Wi-Fi coverage in the room. Even after repeated complaints, the issue was not resolved during my entire stay. The location is a negative as there is a lot of traffic during office hours.

The swimming pool operates in the morning, causing lot of thumping sound early morning, which is not very peaceful.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly, professional staff who go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The rooms are peaceful, modern, and impeccably clean, offering all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. A highlight of my experience was the food at the restaurant. The quality is exceptional, with dishes full of bold, exciting flavors that truly tantalize the palate. I made a special request for Rasmali dessert for dinner, and the talented chefs, Yogendra and Prasad, did not disappoint. If you’re staying here, do not miss the food—it's a treat! The waitstaff also provide a fine dining experience, with the kind of attentive service you’d expect at a silver-service restaurant. Namdev stood out as an excellent waiter, so helpful, kind and professional. This is the kind of place that makes you want to return again and again. I’ll definitely be staying here on my next trip to Pune!

Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Due to construction work on the main road, it was difficult to reach. The hotel should put direction boards on the main road for people to navigate.

I have been traveling worldwide for the past 22 years and have stayed at numerous hotels and resorts. However, the hospitality and services provided by E Square were exceptional. I have never experienced such excellent service, even at 7-star properties like St. Regis and Pullman. Truly an amazing experience and top-notch service!
