Great location. Walking distance to pavilion mall and MCC towers. Lots of small restaurants close by. Room was as advertised. Lack of elevator and the need to climb stairs was a minor difficulty

The hotel is in much worse condition than shown in the photos. We didn't stay even after booking and making payments. Thereafter we booked another hotel nearby at much higher rate

Location, room size and staff service were good I am highly disappointed with the booking because of misrepresentation of the property category at your site . It’s presented as a 3 star hotel with a coffee house on site ( see attached screenshots) On arrival at the hotel I found it’s more of a - motel ( a house converted into a guest house) with few rooms - there is NO coffee house on site , there is just a coffee vending machine in reception area and no coffee house . They get breakfast from outside and there is NO restaurant/kitchen / coffee house on site . - the room is large but the common areas are DIRTY with shabby walls not at all becoming of a 3 star hotel ! There is a musty smell in these areas - the building of this “3 star hotel” is dilapidated and extremely shabby . There is gross misrepresentation of the hotel and its facilities n class on your website . I booked the hotel based on its listing which says - 3 STAR and COFFEE HOUSE on booking.com website
