Location was good, the AC was working properly, only bed was clean. Rest all bad cupboard was not clean, floor and basin were old as well. window lock was broken, the window was open and anyone could have stolen from the room. he didn't change the room, saying that all the rooms r booked

Apart from the the location of the property there was nothing worth mentioning. The hotel had very few staff members available, and the room was poorly designed with minimal natural light. The bathroom was dirty, with stains and water marks evident. Overall, the condition of the room was subpar, and the property had not been renovated in a long time.

Nothing, i had no chance to see it. Same day when i was about to come the lady called me to confirm my stay and if i'd like to pay offline and online. I confirmed and said offline please. After a long travel they denied my stay as i am not indian. Well i bet lady confirming my stay heard that and someone confirming my booking knew that also from my profile. There was noone at reception desk when we arrived at 7.30 pm, security guide called a man who said i cant stay as i am a foreigner. Calling back lady from the morning had no point as its a call center. My friends from Pune came to speak in hindi as it was not easy to get detailed info in english. I was already again in reception desk with passport and cash, but finally after 40 min that was again NO. I dont mind hotels having their policy regarding indians vs non indians, but you should clearly share this info for who the room is. Im already a month in India and this is first time it happened to me. No suggestions for stay near by, no clarification, raher irritated look i received here :| Location is very convinient and good clean neighbourhood.
