The different times you had to eat in the restaurants. It’s should be 24/7 eating at the sit down restaurants. But we did have room service if we missed the times.

Dreams is a great resort. The down side of it all was that I purchased the preferred room and amenities. But all the activities and amenities were on the other side. Also I reserved two rooms and they weren’t connected. I wish they would’ve did a better job putting the two room together. Dreams is a great resort. property was great. Cleaness, food presentation, hospitality, food service, room service, bar service. Everything about the property was great no complaints. Dolores / Tiki tiki from the front bar by the beach she was fenomenol. Her carisma, her dedication to our family, the service she gave us was expectacular 10 out of 10 her her. 8 out of 10 for the property. Everything was great about the property I give it an 8 out of 10 just because I saw 2 insects by the hall way close to the room. Its part of nature just need to pay more attention to pest around property.

We stayed in the preferred club side of the resort. The environment was excellent, staff was friendly. The facility itself is very new barely 2 years old. Of course you can’t beatPunta Cana for the beautiful beach and convenience of the location. It was our first all-inclusive stay. We found the food a little repetitive. The resort was very full and it was hard to get a table at the nicer restaurants. We would recommend they have more local Dominican food available, which is very good, we did get off the resort one day and ate local and it was amazing. We had one bad experience which was $100 in cash was stolen from our hotel room. So when they tell you to lock everything in the safe, do take them seriously.
