The design or infracture, there was latin music and the room were nice and clean The lack and the misinformation from all the staff regarding activities and things include it in the stay that prevent us for taking advantages. When we express our concern, we feel ignore by the manager who didnt do anything about. We didnt like the buffet, the lunch and the dinner was always the same thing, the breafast was the only a little different and with variety.

Property was big and nice staff was very nice We didn’t have water at one point for about 30-45 min. Could not get face towels if needed more and room was not cleaned everyday. Saw roaches.

Access to pool and beach was awesome!! Clean, the fact Reserve Adult Only is so quiet andmakes you feel exclusive. Nobody doing nonsense things! No smell of drugs unlike walking NYC. Loves the retro night singer and dancers!! Acrobat entertainment was also superb!

Very clean rooms and facilities were excellent! Lots of room for alot of guests, no over crowded pools, plenty of lingers both by pools and on the beach! Typical all inclusive food so makes the price not a good deal
