They lost one of our dinner reservations.. I called to setup an upgraded room and arrived to have it given away to another guest.

Beautiful location and facilities helpful staff,decent food My fiancé and I both got very sick at the end of our trip. He ended up having to go to the hospital. The doctor said he was sick from something he ate. I got sick as we returned home.

staff was nice and nothing but accommodating. :) beautiful place. Definitely would reccommend this hotel. Did not like being pressured to join the " Club Melia" a 2 hr presentation, we felt like we had to do.

The food was excellent.I'm a very Picky person but loves to eat. I was able eat like a king. The drinks were good and they were not cheap with the alcohol. The room service cleaned our room 2-3 times a day. It felt nice to always come back to a clean room The butler was the reason why i didn't enjoy my trip as i liked too. Very unprofessional and was probably waste of money.

Location was beautiful. Staff was very nice and attentive. Food was very good and there was a variety of choices at the daily buffet. Our room was better than expected--beautiful surroundings. Requested two single beds months in advance but had to adjust to one large, queen-size bed. Not enough vegan & vegetarian options at the restaurants with specialized cuisines, and the daily buffet did not have dairy substitutes like soy & almond milk.

Staff was very accommodating, friendly, extremely cleaned, the shows were great, the disco was very fun, lots of private area, food was good. Lots of walking, the pool bar, and lots of other areas closed at 5 pm, didn't like the fact that there was nobody serving drinks at the beach.
