The location was fantastic. 30 minutes from punta Cana airport and right on the beach. The entertainment team were spectacular. We enjoyed the daily activities like painting by the beach, karaoke, water aerobics, bingo and the nightly shows. The food was simply ok. The have 2 buffets and I believe 7 reservation required restaurants. We ate at 3 of them and the best was the Mexican food restaurant. The buffet food was simply ok. The rooms and the hotel within its self looks old and a little run down. Apparently we were supposed to have a personal concierge to help us throughout our stay and they never told us that. The concierge reached out on the last day. Also the house keeping team would knock once and wouldn’t wait for an answer before swinging the door open. They opened the door while someone was in the bathroom numerous times. My daughter cut herself while in one of the pools on the first day due to there being a broken light in the pool and they did absolutely nothing except for offer us a bandaid (it was a deep cut). They claimed they didn’t have medical on site. In the end we wouldn’t return to this resort.

I was unable to enjoy this stay as the hotel was not willing to cancel or update to new dates. I found out I was pregnant a few months after booking this stay and was 38 weeks pregnant at the time so I was not allowed to fly to the destination.

I had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly and the food was good

The beach and the waiting staff were all so sweet and attentive Esteban who was our customer service contact helped us a lot, without him we would have flown home early The room had numerous problems, safe didn’t work, no towels, the toilet paper holder kept falling off and was dangerous (sharp nails) the room was filthy, I had to clean the shower glass when we arrived. The reception staff were rude, no one showed us to our room (arrived at night with a baby) I got food poisoning twice, which is no surprise as on the last night they served us cold raw meatballs in the steak restaurant, when I sent it back they told us it’s red meat and ok. Gross! Don’t go, go to the princess Bavaro- it’s much much better and not too much more $

The grounds were clean and staff was friendly. The food for Christmas Eve was good. The food was okay. But the quality was meh. The property needs a bit of an upgrade/ renovation.

Food was amazing, staff was very friendly and attentive, I was in a group of 5 and we actually had a really good time. I wouldn't say that I didn't like it, but I think the animation could have been better and the DJ at the disco as well

Sometimes there are a lot of people on bars, and bar staff seems a little bit tired, buffet can be quite repetitive for long holidays, more over it is a good option for your hollidays.

However, when the delivery person arrived and I paid by card, I was charged $140. When I asked for a refund, they tried to convince me that the medicine was “high quality” and worth that price. I insisted on a cancellation, which they finally did, but only after I paid a $10 delivery fee. My dentist later confirmed that the medicine couldn’t possibly cost that much — it was clearly a scam. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back to this hotel and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

In the main dining room (buffet) there's one specific server her name is Elissandra she did an awesome job she takes care of us, thanks again. The whole experience was very. Breakfast was the best meal of all. We didn't like the steak house, the food was cold didn't taste good. The AC in our room wasn't that cold,
