- Nice amenities - lots to do - lots of places to eat at all times - towel service is quick - not all staff was friendly - not many cars available to take you around - shower was not warming up - beach was not constantly clean from sargazo. - lots of vendors pressuring you to take tours and to buy jewellery

Great location, and clean Customer service was non existent. I burned my hand at the restaurant. They brought me a skillet with the food and didn’t warned me it was EXTREMELY HOT and my skin stick to the metal, I had called about a party/fight/ loud music. At 4 am and nothing was done about it. I had to leave the property to and air b&b.

nice beach, clean pools and swim up bars. shared property gives plenty of options for activities, food and pools. food sucked, staff was pushy and would come find me on the beach every single day to harass me to buy add ons and it seemed like almost like they were following me. Saw them being pushy towards drunk foreigners as well and not very nice or helpful, besides the concierge woman and men.

Housekeeping did not have supplies. You were not able to make reservations at restaurants because they were always booked. The food was not good at all. I enjoyed the beach, the shows they had. Really nice pools. Also, I enjoyed the food truck.

Pools and beach were lovely. Plenty of property to use but does get very busy around the pool with most beds reserved by 7am in the morning! The staff, rooms not clean, damp, amenities broken in the room. Damp rooms. Restaurants being unable to book due to staff taking tips to access tables. Staff threatening you on departure with unpaid bills when management offered free items and trying to make you sign NDAs so you can’t speak about experiences you’ve had.

Very clean and friendly It’s was a lot of noise the room on top I was in room 3002 they said it was the Jacuzzi. The noise was horrible.
