Great resort for families with kids and adults. All inclusive works for everything. We had the best vacation experience. Fortunately we will come again to this beautiful place. Close to everything.

Everything Nothing

When we first arrived the floor in our room didnt feel clean but that was quickly resolved when mentioned.

Updated interiors, nice pools, aesthetically pleasing lobby, we had a number of staff who were very kind and helpful. Massage was wonderful. Many areas under construction, loud noises, pools closed at 6pm, exceptionally poor communication, inconsistent answers to nearly everything, app was garbage (often inaccurate and dining reservations didn’t work during our stay), we literally did not get to go to a single restaurant we requested. Example— we were booked for Hibachi at a time that conflicted with an activity, we told the concierge who stated he would request a later time and get back with me, no response so I messaged him back a couple hours later, he the told us that it was adult only so he couldn’t reschedule our party with included 2 teens (how/why were we previously booked?!?); we had requested the whole week of dining he scheduled pretty flexible on times and gave them a list of the places we wanted to go to with no demands on order or specific days and they were not able to book more than same day, on our final night I tried to confirm what we had been verbally told but that was incorrect and we were booked at a place we had already been the concierge then tells me that they are unable to schedule dining for same day (literally the only way it had been done for the 5 days previous). They have attempted to use fancy tech with poor implementation BUT often didn’t actually work as intended. Example— AC didn’t kick on because there was a faulty sensor so one of our doors or windows so the room was without AC the first day. Automatic light that turns on when you open the cabinet the mini fridge was in, but the light stayed on all the time and I had to rig it so I could sleep.

Beach Food. Difficult to navigate property. Shuttle service poor

Great resort, beautiful gardens, nice beach, many dining options.
-
Everything That you need to reserve in advance for the special restaurants.

The premises overall are beautiful, but the hotel is old and has many issues I wouldn’t even know where to start. The service is awful. The employees don’t want to work and look miserable all the time. They will only do something for you if you give them money for it, the food is mostly horrible, beaches are crowded and if you don’t leave a towel at 6 am you won’t find a place. I needed a wheelchair and they gave me a broken thing that shouldn’t even categorize as wheelchair. By the way, they advertise the premises as being accessible AND THEY ARE NOT. The sheets are broken (remember it’s a 5 star hotel). The app doesn’t work so you can’t see the menu of any restaurant, so you have to go to the reception to book the reservations (which are very limited). This is only like 5% of all the situations we had to go through. Save yourself a scam and don’t come to this place.

The pools, restaurants and bars and all amenities were all excellent. The rooms definitely need some serious updating! Especially the bathrooms. The cleaning staff did a good job though, but they need an update asap, The tiny stretch of beach where all the beach loungers are crammed is not ideal, although the beach is beautiful.

Could’nt get a reservation for dinner

Location, the beach, the food…everything! The quality of the drinks could be better

After reading multiple bad reviews before coming we lowered our expectations and decided to have a great time no matter what. We had a great time . Beautiful resort , comfortable rooms Great beach. Great buffet with so many choices. Was a perfect vacation for our family. The best part was having RAFAEL from the lobby helping us throughout the week with transportation between the palladium resorts , restaurants recommendations and reservations, day trips etc.. Thank you Rafael. Difficulty navigating the palladium app. Making the a la cart Dinner reservation.

The property was in close proximity to the beach. The staff was very rude and dishonest. I was over charged and threatened by staff.
-
The beach was the only positive I have to say The rooms are worn down. Do NOT accept the free breakfast! This is a scam, we were in a hostile environment for them to attempt to persuade us to spend $69k

Very good
-
Wide variety of events to choose from daily, easy access to the beach, quick food accommodations and wide dinner selections if you book in advance Room service was cancelled on us without notifying us so we did not receive dinner our first night, we lost power in our room for a whole night with no reparation, cleaner took money from our room and we notified the front desk and they did nothing about it, had bartenders blatantly be rude to me (woman) when I was alone but kind when my husband was present, and bit by a brown recluse in my room.
-
Property was nice Only the buffet seem to be the only option available for food as you needed a reservation for dinner. Which were all booked. Buffet food was cold. There weren’t other food options available.

Location and views Everything was good

Its the venue of the wedding I attended Its not like I have other choice. But the property is huge and safe. The lady assigned to my room takes care of making sure im comfotable and my room is clean. I only accepted once for room service as im alone and didnt make mess but then I realized allowing her to clean my room daily could also make her comfortable also it was hot and humid the only airconditioned area is your room and the public restrooms! Service- they are doing their best to make your vacation relaxing. I feel for all workers its very hot and humid the lobby and the restaurants are not even airconditioned. I see their sweats and hardwork. I wish owners will put aircondition in general public area. Anyway sometimes hard to relax when you see yourself comfortable while others are not. They wear smiles despite of hardship I bet they love their job. My room was located quite far from lobby and whenever I need something I have to walk because the reception is not answering the phone. The safe is not working. Its the little annoyance that gives little disappointment as you want to secure passport, wallet etc. Booking - When im making my booking it was mentioned having $600 credit but the reception has denied it from me so I should have chosen other hotel its network of 4 hotel anyway. Food - lots of choices but quality is so so or maybe its cultural if your traveler it wont impress you so better just take free breakfast or just pay your meal rather than choosing all inclussive. Pool - flat and boring. No slides but I love that there are aquazumba instructors that make the swimming better. Beach - i didnt try because too hot but I did went and stay by the beach and sit on one of the beach chairs only to be approach that they charge $60 per hour sitting there. Lols. Live shows- love the love shows specially the circus its something not to miss! Also each hotel lobby has live singer at night. Wedding- the audio is so weak so guest are not able to hear what was going on at the gazebo. My room- excellent huge im solo but my room can fit 1 family. I have bath tub, shower and toilet. I have terrace and sofa. All the food in fridge are inclussive unlike in other resort that they charge you for what you take.
