Nely y Pietro share apartment

Nely is such a nice Lady, very helpful. The place was so clean. We had the whole apartment for ourselves. Breakgfast was good, and she made it herself. The only thing is that sometimes the shower does not get hot water

Just to keep in mind is not pretty close the beach, but it's an amazing place to stay

The place seems safe and it’s clean The room I booked is tiny, the fan is useless it was so hot! There is no door to the toilet or shower and it’s in the house of the owner so you can’t really use the living room.

Nely is the sweetest host ever ? I would come back in a heartbeat and recommend to everyone ☺️ She was helpful at all times, recommends the good stuff and cooks you fresh breakfast each morning! Its not a 5-star hotel, but for the price it’s perfect! Only thing I didn’t see is that there’s no hot water (not in all the rooms at least), but it was warm enough to cope ☺️

Everything was great!!! The hostess was very polite and caring The rooms was very clean!! The breakfast was amazing considering the price per night I hope I'll come back here again!!!

Nely showed much kindness, by picking me up from the airport, and helping me when I was ill. She provided a very filling breakfast. I felt very comfortable spending time at the apartment, especially on the little balcony. Nely and Pietro were not so friendly. It may be me, or maybe just a culture thing, in that English is not their first language.

This place is great! Nelly was super nice! She made breakfast every morning! The breakfast was delicious! They were great places to eat nearby! Like Mar de Rincón! Booking offered a great rate for a ride from the airport! The best rate I was able to find. The bed was big and comfortable! Wi-Fi was good. Make sure to ask about the hot water switch. Nelly provided cold water for drinking. The place was on the third floor with no elevator. Getting my things up the stairs was a pain. I was 100% stay there again!

Host was exceptional...went beyond to ensure our needs were met. Offered suggestions on making our stay in Punta Cana memorable. Also, very knowledgeable and resourceful. Breakfast was always on point.

The accommodation was very spacious and clean. Fully equipped with everything you would need. Nely was a great host. The breakfasts were excellent and we rarely needed lunch afterwards. Location was good. Lots of places to eat and drink in local area. Nothing. It was perfect

Amazing stay here. Big and spacious room and bathroom, always clean. The breakfast made by Nely is fresh, generous and delicious, Nely was so kind, seems like she loves to host and she loves her island. She was very informative, she told me interesting details about the city and helped me a lot! I'm a solo female traveler and I felt safed and welcomed. You have the main bus termial as well as groceries and restaurants just a few minutes walking. The house is super safe and quiet, I only heard birds! I had privacy and silence everytime. The house also has a traditional lovely design so you can feel traditional enviroment around you which makes the stay really unique.

The beaches although they were a good 20 min away with a bus a mototaxi It's probably the smallest private room I've ever stayed in. A bathroom converted to a room! 1.80 x 1.60 the 'room' and 1.80 X 1.20 the bathroom WITHOUT door

We began our first ever visit to the Dominican Republic with a 5-night stay at Nely and Pietro's place. Nely picked us up at Punta Cana airport, and gave us an informative drive back to their home. During our stay, they helped us to adapt to life in the Republic, and to make decisions about our travel plans for the following 3 weeks. With our own bedroom and bathroom, we had plenty of privacy, but were able to freely use the shared kitchen to prepare other meals. And, of course, having breakfast ready for us each morning was a treat (several options available). The location is very good in a typical residential area, with the beach about 40 minutes walk away, and the Bavaro bus station (for Santo Domingo, Higuey, etc) just 15 minutes walk. Nely and Pietro are welcoming and friendly hosts who we found to be very helpful, despite our very weak Spanish and Italian

Best place to be if you want to have a local experience. Nelly is one of the nicest hostess I have encountered in my travels. Breakfast was great, and she will adapt to your schedule. Also she gave me great tips to be able to travel around the place. I would recommend to everyone. /

I felt very welcome in Nely's house. She is a great woman and quite helpful and kind. I found all facilities close to the main avenue. Staying in her house is a good budget if you looking for a place comfy and want to make an economic travel
