Es un lugar donde realmente se puede descansar

Everything was good. A wonderful place to stay. From the pool to the beach we're nice. Staff was very nice to us. I would stay there again if in that area.

No internet at all stay

Beds were uncomfortable and the view was not as pleasant

The staff was helpful and friendly. They stored my luggage post checkout so I could enjoy my day pass. I called twice for directions, and they were patient each time. The room was clean and kept cool for my arrival. It was well equipped. The beaches were lovely. There were no waves and the shoreline was thin. The showers and changing areas were convenient and well placed. The rooms were nestled in a well kept garden which enhanced my stay. The Wi-Fi in the room was decent for work. The food at the buffet style restaurant was awful, bland, greasy and unappetizing. Only one shuttle was comfortable- all the others were hot and run down. Every driver was courteous and accommodating, but there were definitely not enough shuttles in circulation. No one knew a schedule- wait times were much too long. The nature trail had no shuttle service and seemed neglected. For all the emphasis in conservation, I expected much more. I spent much more time under the sun walking on pavement than in sand because of the scarcity of shuttles and how far everything was. For example, I couldn’t dress up for dinner because either a long walk or a stifling shuttle was necessary to get to the nicer restaurants. I was locked out of my room because my key card didn’t work. I waited 20 minutes after calling to go find someone. They kindly let me in and said this happened frequently. 30+ minutes after I called someone came with a new key. How is this a frequent mistake? It was not worth what I paid and at every turn a new cost- rent chairs from the hotel- buy at the restaurant because the buffet was bad- lockers require a membership. I expect to pay for extras like room service and spa treatments, but this felt excessive.

The staff was helpful throughout the Hotel, in and out. The pool wasn’t the absolute cleanest but it was nice.

Requested and received confirmation of shuttle picking us up to go to reception for early check out and they didn’t show.

Close to a beautiful beach and very nice staff. Dirty swimming pool in the appartment complex. Cars parked along the road near the beach, traffic jams inside Punta Leona

The house keeper was nice. It took 4 hours to get to the hotel from the airport due to the bridge being down. At check-in they forgot to put on our wrist band. Power went out 2 of the nights. They provided only one little candle, no flashlight. Our key did not work one of the nights It was a quarter mile walk from our room to the reception. The grounds were unkempt Eating facilities were run down. Most of the staff were unfriendly or did not know english. The butterfly garden was unkept, run down. There was no shuttle after 5 from the beach we had to find a ride from a willing person with a car. Food was average. No entertainment, events or shows.

Good staff, service The room did smell. The windows cannot be opened.

The beautiful surroundings, very comfortable room and bed, good lighting and hot water, incredible breakfast including made to order omelet, the beaches and an abundance of wildlife. There was a bit of confusion about the pool/beach towels. We thought we could get beach towels at the beach with our card and we could not (although other people did but perhaps they were from a different hotel). Later we were told that guests get their towel at the pool and take it to the beach.

The buffet breakfast was not as before and offers limited meat / protein menu. It used to be very very good but now is good. The beach is very crowded due to the access to the public but that is not the hotel's problem.

I loved the location and layout. Would have really liked sidewalks for safer walking. Prices of meals were high and we felt a bit captive to eating only resort meals - but, for a few days vacation in combination with the rest, it was fine. Loved the salon, golf cart and ease of booking day trips. Staff were great - friendly, professional, and helpful. Shuttle worked well when we needed it. Overall, we ( family of child, adult dad, and senior grandmother) loved it. Better road ways and sidewalks. Expensive food / meal choices.

The hotel is quite old, lots of old worned out details in the room. The thing is there is not a lot of choice of hotels in this area.
