We checked out on 5th June at 8.a.m. The behaviour of the lady receptionist was not acceptable. Though I had made an advance payment for the Deluxe cottage on 7th May, still the receptionist, without verifying, asked me to pay 21k. I said that I had paid the advance payment but she denied & asked me to check . I showed her the advance payment made. She verified from the staff that I had paid & the confirmation was already there with them & in the mail. She issued me the final receipt of the payment but didn't have the courtesy & decency of apologising. In fact, instead of handing the bill to me, she handed the receipt to the waiter , who gave it to me. This is the hospitality shown by your lady receptionist at Holiday Resort this morning at 8 a m. Such a type of hospitality was never expected from Holiday Resort, puri.

Easily accessible clean sea beach , swimming pool car rent service available in hotel . Puri station less than 5 min distance in toto/auto rickshaw. Away from the crowd of Swargadwar area. Toto stand nearby though they take higher price. Cafeteria is quite large , capable to accomodate 10-15 family members together for lunch and dinner. Food quality is good , but price slightly higher side. Free evening snack ( jhalmuri ) and tea at happy hour 5 pm to 6 pm was refreshing. Overall it's a very good hotel for pleasant stay away from usual crowd of Puri Swargadwar. Breakfast inclusion option not there. You can order Ala cart at Gajapathi cafe there. I feel the air conditioning of Gajapathi cafe should be improved. It had some bad odour inside the cafe. wifi connection not good, should be improved. Check room views before booking. One have to go to Swargadwar area for local delicacy and marketing. While booking a cab through agency attached to hotel for local sight seeing, be careful when you pay to the driver online through Gpay. Make sure they have active Gpay account .Else pay in cash or pay at Hotel.

1.Swimming pool 2. Cleanliness 1. Extremely overpriced in terms of location and facilities 2. They charged us 6500/- for a room that was the size of a pigeonhole and was facing the parking area 3. Breakfast is not included with any room type. You pay a fortune and still dont get complementary breakfast 4. Beach access is far away after walking across their huge lawn which basically blocks the sea view from hotel. 5. The beach is unclean and unsafe . We saw men urinating on the beach and having alcohol and other intoxicants right outside the hotels beach exit. 6. You cant enjoy the beach if you stay at this property 7. Evenings are boring as neither can you see the sea nor can you walk to the beach , as if you are stuck in a box
