Very bad experience. Very unhygienic, flies were on food in the dining room .Very poor dirty and smelling in the dining wash room and also the dining room. Staff was not experrienced .

Spacious,clean,heritage rooms, staffs are humble and prompt, complimentary breakfast was palatable with standard varities..ample parking spaces and location was superb too Check out time is a lil too early but they keep ur request for minor adjustments if it's possible..

Room size was good. Staff was good. At this cost there in no service. Swimming pool was vast, dirty and there is no service available at swimming pool. No water supply without asking and provided in loose bottle and many more. there is no variety in breakfast.

A beautiful Heritage property. Breakfast is up to the mark. Food is really good at the Dining Car. Room Service is not prompt. In today's day and age, a property like this needs to have a smart television.

Like the ambience it was good and peaceful !!! 1.Service was very slow. 2.Hotel Needs a lot of renovation. 3.The quality and quantity of Breakfast needs lot of improvement. 4.even if it's complementary improvement is needed. 5.Front Desk staff need to learn lot of things like behavior and politeness!!!

Highly recommended, you would certainly get a Heritage feel - May be some customizable option on the food menu can bring a different feeling - Flexible timings for the Swimming pool can be better
