The hotel is nearby the beach, also its location is less crowded, pleasant and good . Hotel management needs to work on rooms air conditioning, it's not good. Also food quality can be improved.

The rooms were quite big compared to other standard hotels. 1:- Very slow and poor service. On arrival I asked them to change the linens as they were dirty. It took them 1 hour to do so. A cup of tea/coffee takes 45 mins to be served and breakfast we used to receive after 1.5hrs of placing the order. 2:- The property really lacks in maintenance. Out of the 4 rooms that were allotted to me, 2 of the rooms didn’t have Air Condition remotes, hence you cannot control the room temperature. Neither were there any ceiling fans that could be run to make room temperature ambient without running the AC. TV sets were just for namesake, as TV in two rooms ddnt have remotes for operating. One of the rooms TV screen was damaged. Very limited viewing channels (free channels of tatasky). Upon asking to subscribe for 1 sports channel, they said “this is what they have in their services”. Electric kettle not working in some rooms. No complimentary tea/ coffee provisions. Plenty Lighting fixtures in the rooms were not working. Insufficient toiletries. Overall i must say that the manager there is very careless and doesn’t keep a check on his staff for a proper maintenance. What I practically saw there, only the room size was worth rest service wise the hotel was not atall worth the amount spent.

Room was spacious and nice. Frontdesk people were very polite and accomodating. Location is very near to sea beach. Room service was nice. Car parking was available inside Hotel. The electricity was going way in the morning. The breakfast like Puri Subji can be little better/tasty and healthy. Location from temple is far, so private car is recommended. In room cleaning, extra soap, shampoo and towel should be provided.
