Great location and property None!

It was like a luxury hotel apartment with lots of space for things like yoga abd exercise, and a nice kitchen and dinning area with utilities, a nice bathroom and bedroom. A nice location, peaceful. The front desk closing at 11 p.m. was a bit nerv wracking. Although there is a kiosk to get your key if you check in late. It's always nice to know there is someone around to help and assist you at any time if you need help or to use the free parking.

Great location, near the Haeunae Metro (exit 7). A walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Beds are comfortable. Shower water hot, bathroom is roomy. The place is clean and the housemaids do a good job. Elevators are the biggest problem. Sometimes a 10 minute wait. There are 4 to service 42 floors and the bottom 6 floors are retail shops with lots of shopper usage. Make peace with yourself about this issue. Our bathroom had No shower curtain. This was not by design as there was a curtain rod with rings Weirdly there is Lots or space for closets and drawers but none. Faux cabinets if you will. No washer-our unit was supposed to have a washer but it did not. They did offer to move us to a unit that did have one but by then, we were settled in. Even though the unit had a microwave, refrigerator and even a hot plate for cooking, there were No utensils

Sooooo convenient, connected to Metro/subway station. Very clean unit was provided to us on 30th floor with great views! convenience store, luggage lockers, 24 hour food, movie theater on the 1 floor etc! So walkable to many great food places and shopping and connected to other parts of the city. If you book an excursion from major online companies online, many of them also have pick up right by exit 5 or 7 of the Haeundae station downstairs. Can’t beat that! Great non-intrusive housekeeping, too - with bottled water provided daily. Would definitely stay here in a heartbeat (but would be more prepared for the “negative” below Elevators!! Living nightmare! Seems like they are not programmed correctly and are always either all up on 40 floor or all down in basements. Then when they eventually come, they come all at once and travel down stopping on every other floor while nobody is there to pick up any longer - because the previous elevator just got those people. So you end up stopping for no reason many times and it can take 10 plus minutes to go downstairs. For some people with vestibular or claustrophobia issues (and often for young kids) it can be a nauseating and overall non-pleasant experience. And then that can make you late for your excursion pick up time, so keep that in mind. We have witnessed that one morning. Not Felix’s fault, but something to be aware of …

It’s quite spacious and is very close to metro station. There are many restaurants nearby and is near the beach. I enjoyed my walks along the shore in the morning. The elevators are a little slow

CLean and the best thing was I could login my Netflix and YouTube so I can continue my show The elevator lol but that’s cos I don’t speak Korean

-Because these rooms are suites, you can have a lot of space to move around and relax -Very convenient to have your own kitchen, with a large fridge for groceries. Our room also had a washing machine (with detergent included) and a drying rack on the balcony -There are so many options for food and drink, both inside the building and on the main street -Great ocean view -The hallways to the suites sometimes look a bit rundown, but the suites themselves are fine -Because there are so many floors the elevators can be very slow, set aside a few extra minutes if you need to leave on time

The room was very comfortable and had everything needed for cooking meals. The cleaning service was excellent, with the room being cleaned every other day. The location is a major highlight. It's just a 100-meter walk to a beautiful beach. There are also numerous cafes and restaurants nearby, so you have plenty of breakfast, lunch & dinner options. The elevators are fast, and the hotel is very well-connected. The subway line is close by, and there are bus stops directly in front of the building, which is very convenient for getting around. A 7/11 convenience store is located right on the first floor. There is a convenient laundry facility not far away from the hotel, which is very helpful for longer stays. No notable complaints were observed during the stay.

Lobby is basic. Staff members ok, not outstanding. Rooms varied on amenities. I booked two rooms. One room had a sponge thing to clean the dishes. The other room did not. One room had Kleenex, the other did not. Just some minor inconsistencies. The elevators are not practical. Slow and annoying as one elevator only goes to the high floors starting from 18 onwards. We had one room on 16th and other on 18th floor. If I took the high floor elevators, it would skip 16th floor.

Long lines for the elevators, breakfast is pretty basic.

First time to Busan and this was a great place to stay. Fantastic location a short walk to Haeundae Beach, a subway station literally in front of the building and great cafés and restaurants if you venture out away from the main road to HB. We stayed on floor 30 and the views were magnificent. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. I would return with no hesitation.

good location, nice room the lift is very slow and crowded , there are several hotels in the same building, so , is very busy . breakfast was normal no possibility to ask some different eggs for example.

Superb

Very convenient to the subway, bus station and other entertainment area. Unit is well equipped and plenty of room. Elevator tend to be congested at times and take a couple of rounds before you can enter.

Good

Everything works perfectly. Surfaces are a little worn here and there but staff do a great job with cleaning and tidying. Elevators can obviously be an issue but you just need to be a bit patient at busy times.

Mr. Kim worked at 4/12 night is friendly and helpful. We have a nice experience staying here. The elevators are not enough for all the customers.
