Toilets. Although clean but had privacy issue and no bidet or shower for cleaning in the toilet area- shower room was separated by a glass wall.

I liked the location - it's superb. Room was clean, staffs were cordial and cooperative. They were available 24/7 even staying at midnight. They are very cordial and cooperative. The lady receptionist helped me to buy train ticket from Busan-Seoul online. She briefed me about tourist spot and how to visit them. She said me goodbye as nice gesture while leaving office at early morning during our departure day. I liked her gesture, nice greeting and softness of behaviour. The Subway and Bus transport are nearby of Noel Business hotel in Hangdaue beach area among many sky rocketed hotels. I found few Asian restaurants in walking distance with good foods. Shopping centres and Wangalli beach is also not far away. The receptionist gentleman helped us to keep our luggage for few hours on the departing day and provide us umbrella due to rain outside. The breakfast was simple but good in taste. Staffs really took care of breakfast, coffee and other small items to be needed. Enough toiletries and towels were provided in the room. Our overall stay in Noel Business Hotel was nice, comfortable and memorable. I recommend this property for other guests preferably for short-stay as it's a value of money, time and comfort. The room is quite small for 3 persons though it's a deluxe family room but having only 2 single beds. It should have 1 single bed and 1 double bed. I stayed on the floor of the room leaving my daughter and wife in single beds. The receptionist lady provided me blanket, quilt, pillow and extra towels etc as needed for extra bed on the floor. Her gesture, attitude and behaviour was nice in this matter. The breakfast was very simple and basic. It should be included with some local fruits. I found that it was difficult to find the exact location of the hotel even using the Naver map. The hotel authority should install some signposts nearby the Subway and Bus station of the Hangdaue area. The authority should mail the guest about 'How to Reach the Hotel' in advance in addition to Google map location. Need to enrich breakfast a bit with local fruits and other items and make availability of comparatively larger room for more than two guests enhancing some basic facilities. However, we enjoyed our short-stay, thanks.

Everything was comfortable. Staff was nice. Bed was warm. Super close to Haeundae. A mosquito got in our room because the door was open by the cleaning staff before we came.

For that price absolutely nothing was wrong.

This is a good price for the area for a decent place to stay! Clean and it was nice to have a small breakfast (toast and hard boiled egg, coffe and tea) to start the day. Much more affordable than elsewhere in the area. The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable compared to other hotels in South Korea. We also had poor natural light and it was kind of stuffy in the rooms making our sleep not so great.

The room was as advertised. The location is great, right next to the main street and the sea. The staff was very kind.

Room was a bit warm

No early check in but they’ll store luggage. The owner/front desk person is very attentive and helpful. Super strong WiFi capable of work video call. Close to metro and airport bus. Quiet street but walkable to main area and beach. Very clean and spacious with nice essentials in room. Everything was great.

Very good location, very friendly staff. Cleanliness could be a bit better, there were hairs from other people in my room but overall ok.

The location and cleanliness. I booked a room with 2 beds, but I was given a 1 bed instead. I guess it was partly my fault because I completely forgot what I booked and only realized it hours later after I checked-in. By then I was already too tired to request a different room.

We chose this hotel mainly because of the price — we just needed a place to sleep for one night and spent only about 8 hours in the room. If you’re planning to stay longer, I’d probably recommend looking for something else. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there was a small self-service breakfast with coffee and toast with jam. The location is great — about a 3-minute walk to the beach and around 7 minutes to the nearest metro station. On the downside, the staff doesn’t speak English, though they were very friendly and welcoming. The place feels more like a motel than a hotel, not very cozy. There were also some items like condoms and massage gel in the bathroom, and stickers with girls' numbers on the floor near the entrance, which didn’t quite match the “business hotel” vibe.

Very reasonable price, kind staff

Hotel is very easy to find. Breakfast was provided free of charge. It's not fancy, but it's great to start your day without buying from outside. Small towels are provided in each room to avoid guests bringing the towels to the beach. All in all, we are very satisfied with our stay??? Nothing
