Breakfast is so so only

It doesn't smell like cigarettes or old pipes, which is what I read in most reviews about other hotels at a similar price. The pool towels have huge holes in them, are stained, and look about 20 years old - maybe it's time to get new ones. The sofa in the room was also stained and looked dirty to the point I did not even put my bag on it.

The location mostly. Insanely dirty, there was hair on the shower and hair under the bed, dust and mold.

The are currently many constructions in the area, the noise starts early in the morning.

The rooms were spacious and bigger than I thought before booking hotel. The bathroom was very big and cleaned. The hotel was a 5-6 minute walk from the station area and also the beach. The hallways were a little old but other than that no issues.

The beds were like sleeping on the floor, beyond uncomfortable. The staff could be more friendly, wouldn’t even acknowledge when we walked by and said good morning etc.

Good location near the busy areas and the beach. Bed was comfy. Huge bath and shower was good. The reception area was nice and the convenience store downstairs was great. Loved the rooftop pool. No one up there. The area is like a construction site. It’s not the hotels fault. But it was noisy. Fine with the window shut. We had a small balcony but it looked out onto a construction site so you wouldn’t have sat out there. The room layout was weird, a huge sink unit in the bedroom which took up too much room and you couldn’t get round it by the bed. Also no bedside table on one side, but a shelf and a table on the other which didn’t make sense! Shame there’s no bar or even a coffee machine up by the rooftop pool.

Rooftop area! Access to Hound Hotel Signature spaces as well, GS25 inside the Signature hotel area. Rooftop pools for both the connected hotels. Large, comfy, clean room, staff are friendly. Free ice coffee in the lobby!!! Slightly awkward bathroom design, but fancy!

Really spacious room, very clean and comfy. Nice rooftop heated rooftop pool and shared kitchen facilities to make coffee and get filtered water. Short walk to beach and food market. Would recommend. There is no gym and the bed some people might find a bit hard. Shame there is no opportunity to get a drink from the rooftop restaurant that only seemed to be open for breakfast. Perhaps it’s a seasonal thing. Nothing to detract from the overall stay!

- Super location close to the main restaurant street by the beach - The rooms were super beautiful and spacious - The swimming pool in the roof top! This was a nice surprise since we visited the hotel in spring and it was still cold. But the pool was heated and we were able to enjoy it. The roof top has amazing views, specially at night - Free laundry service - The staff didn’t spoke much English - Some stains in the hallway carpet that made the overall look of the hotel decline a little

A spacious well appointed room which was extremely comfortable and which exceeded our expectations. The Korean style breakfast was good and there is a rooftop pool although we didn't use it. Staff were helpful and courteous. If it had beach views it would be perfect. We were initially disappointed by the location but this was overcome by the quality of the accommodation. The beach is only a short walk away.

The rooftop swimming pool was a nice treat at the end of the day’s trip. One of The receptionist didn’t speak English so it was difficult. They forgot to give us a wake up call.

Location was close to beach and main drag. Room was amazing; large comfortable bed, excellent ac and bathroom had a shower and a double size bath! Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Would stay here again if in Busan. Breakfast was cheap but a bit limited. Don't let that put you of this hotel

Loved the size of the room, the cleanliness, the location was convenient to get to the beach and the high street at Haeundae. It's perfect for the Blue Line Park and the beautiful Buddist temple by the sea The bed was gorgeous but a bit shakey. Haeundae is a bit far from the rest of Busan's attractions.

Beautiful room decor, friendly staff and close to the metro and main street for access to restaurants etc but far enough for a quiet nights sleep - we actually extended our stay by a night for this reason! The new pool was also very peaceful to use with small views between buildings of the ocean. Balcony was very dirty and unusable really.

Very cool and comfortable Design Hotel. Lot of restaurants within walking distance. The room was very well deigned and I never had such a spaceous bath. Washing machine available. Short walk to Haeundae Beach and Dongbaek Park.

I want to find out how to get a refund. The air conditioner did not work.. They asked me to open a window, but there was a construction demolition crew wrecking a building next to my balcony window. It was hot, and it was noisy in my efforts to ventilate the room.
