The energy of the place is stellar! The owner is so kind and friendly! He will make sure you have all you need during your stay, and very accommodating! The staff are friendly as well as all the other guests! You can easily spend hours hanging out in the restaurant/lounge area either doing your own thing or socializing with the other guests and staff ! Good was great as well! I especially liked how reachable the owner is. We had shown up early morning (4am) and he was accommodating!!! Good price for the stay! The toilet pipe might need some loving as there was a constant smell coming from the toilet. But besides that everything else is impeccable!

The owner Govinda is such a great person, made our stay and even during off season time i still met amazing people here and made friends for life time. toilet could be cleaned more often, but as guys run the hostel well lets say its forgiven ?

I had a very disappointing experience with Zoola Palace in Pushkar. I booked a family room one month in advance through Booking.com and even called them on the day of arrival to reconfirm. They assured me the room was available. But just two hours before check-in, while I was traveling with my family from Hyderabad, the manager called and asked me to cancel because their existing guests didn’t want to check out. I was already on the way with my family, including my elderly mother, in extreme heat. When I reached the hotel, they refused to give us any room and kept forcing me to cancel. The manager spoke very rudely and even tried to snatch my phone when I started recording. My family felt scared and helpless. We were left on the road in harsh weather and had to struggle to find another hotel at the last minute. This was not just inconvenience — it was mental stress and complete lack of basic hospitality and responsibility toward guests. Travelers, please be careful. I would strongly suggest avoiding bookings at Zoola Palace so you don’t face what we went through. Please avoid booking at Zoola Palace! Very nice place, good food and the host is amazing nice person to talk and help Nothing really, all good :)
-
Greater atmosphere and location is too good and all the temple and places are walking distance through this hotel and restaurant facility and food are too delicious as home made food

No toiletries. No soap in the bathroom. It has a part vibe which could be a plus or minus depending on your liking. Frequent power outage, which i guess is not the accommodation fault, but still.

Super chill laid back place. The rooftop is stunning. We had lots of food and drink from the hotel kitchen which was always nice. Gavinder, the owner is friendly and helped us with everything we needed. I would recommend this place.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spotless and comfortable. The location is perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The rooftop the best

Room was comfy, better than I expected. I loved the environment , peaceful and beautifull, outside of the city, so more quiet :) And it's only 10 min walk from the center. Mood is very nice in the Hotel. Other guests are very friendly and staff also, always very helpful and not too pushy. I appreciated a lot my stay, I felt like home <3 I will definitly come back Thank you Govinda, Lala, and your staff ! The cooks should wash their hands better ;)

Location away from the lake. Peaceful country feel place with good field and mountain scenery. This place might take more effort to go to restaurants by the lake. The owner and his brother are kind and friendly people. A female dorm is also used for blankets and stuff and so the male staff come in and out quiet often specially after sunset.
