Wifi was not reaching our room.

The location was very calm and perfect for honey moon, the receptionists were wonderful and nice and helped us through out our stay

Breakfast was amazing. Our room, the pool, the view and the staff were all exceptional. Nothing.

Everything from the rooms, to the service are spectacular. The staff is kind and friendly. The breakfast - served directly in the room - is the cheery on the cake. Everything was perfect.

The staff were wonderful. The dinner was amazing. The rooms were lacking character and atmosphere. The pillows were hard and I asked for a softer one and there weren’t any. The pool area is cramped, not enough room between sun beds

We had the pleasure of staying at Skyfalls celebrate our 20 anniversary and we couldn’t have asked for a more romantic and peaceful escape. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The atmosphere was serene and beautifully romantic, perfect for couples seeking a quiet retreat. The infinity pool is amazing… The hot-tub was a little bit cold, I understand due to weather.. Relaxing place - adults only. The breakfast was very nice. There was no sun on our terrace after 4 pm. There should have been two sinks in the bathroom.

This hotel is perfect for people who don’t like crowded hotels the views outstanding the rooms perfect. The pool unbelievable. The breakfast was magnificent.the staffs attention attention to detail was above and beyond 10/10 everytime. Maybe the one thing was lack of cover from sun at the pool

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast delivered to our room every morning. The staff were amazing - so helpful and they made excellent reservations for us. Fantastic location - the sunsets are amazing from the town. Nothing - everything was great.

Very well located with a fabulous view. Good gym. Despite having a very good restaurant, breakfast (delivered to the rooms) could do with improvement. The fruit salad arrived always looking tired, as did the omelettes. And the restaurant is adjacent to the accommodation, so why cannot it send an omelette that is freshly cooked and fruit salad that has freshly been made? The other thing that needs improving is the booking system for the gym. It is silly allowing the gym to be booked on a per room only basis so that people staying together can can exercise together. This means that the gym is not well used and some guest block book all the best morning sessions. It would be far better to allow people to share the gym but with a limit on the numbers in there.

Perfect view / location away from the crowds, great pool and little town 500m away with great bars / restaurants After checking out at 11 am, no shower provided ( we had a 9 pm flight so stayed by the pool ) had to pay to use the spa shower ?
