Samaina HOTEL

It’s cost, clean, neat, owner is very friendly, and hospitable. You feel like home. The location is great, minutes away from everything including the marina, shopping areas, and the beach nearby! Beautiful boutique place. Nothing, everything was great!

Petros, the owner, is very nice and accommodating. The room needs significant updating. The bed is very uncomfortable (which, to be fair, seems to be the case with many of the local hotels). That can ruin a vacation because you can't get a good night's rest. Also, the bathroom is terrible. No matter what you do, you cannot avoid flooding the bathroom when you take a shower. Samaina was a bit more expensive than some local places, and it was not worth it at all.

Our stay at Samaina Hotel was truly lovely! The hotel has such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere owned by beautiful couple. The hotel is on the hill but just a short walk from the center road and beaches/port, so it’s perfect for both relaxing by the water and exploring the charming village with its cafes, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were clean and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with the beautiful view. The owner Mr. Petros is always smiling and ready to support for our needs, which made us feel at home from the first moment. I would happily come back again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Samos. ?

Petros was the sweetest host ever, he was so welcoming and generous. The location is also super convenient, you can go anywhere in Pythagorion by walking in no more than 10-15 minutes. The hotel is also really clean and it has a great view of the port area. 100% staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay, thanks to kind and sincere hotel owners. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us warmly, answered all our questions, and shared helpful tips for exploring Samos, it was our first visit to the island, and we were celebrating our anniversary. They even surprised us for our special occasion with a thoughtful gesture also left us a heartfelt card, which we keep as a beautiful memory. Their hospitality made our trip unforgettable. Besides, the rooms are very clean, and the location is perfect.

The photos are very accurate, it’s a nice old building with a beautiful view and a balcony. Owner is one of the nicest people I met, he is very welcoming, always happy to help. He pampered us with cold water, cake and lokal herbal tea while leaving. What can I say, it’s a very good deal for this amount of money (cleanliness is 10/10), don’t hesitate to stay here if you don’t mind walking a bit uphill. I am just not a big fan of shower curtains :) but it’s not a deal breaker

Hospitality and cleanliness

The room was very clean and the cleaners came daily. The ceiling fans and air con were a welcome relief from the heat. All the staff were very friendly . The host made us feel very welcome and there was homemade cake in our room. Highly recommend this property.

The hospitality and assistance shown to us from the beginning of our stay took our holiday to a much higher level. Those who want to stay here can meet many of their needs, such as access to the beach -which is very close- and especially home comfort. A great hotel to stay on the island and discover the island itself.

You must stay at Samaina if you want to perfect experience. Our room was always clean, we had comfortable beds and amazing terrace. Petros is one of the most kind hearted people in the world, he made everything easy and comfortable for us. We cannot thank him enough.
