The room had experienced a fire previously and an interior door was chared

It was well located. Close to almost everting. To be honest, I hated it. I payed 128€ per night, and it was not worth it. I booked the room for me and my wife at least 1 month before going, I wanted a room for a couple, and we needed to sleep in a bed with a hole between us, separating us, because the hotel would only give us the room that they have available at the time you get there. I payed and booked a completely different room! The mattress was crooked, kind of curved. Horrible to sleep. The bathroom sink was clogged and they did nothing. They had the smallest shower I’ve ever seen in my life. It was terrible taking a shower, splashing it all around and getting everything wet. It was not a cheep hotel, 128€ per night? It’s not worth it! Don’t go!

Shower head needs replacing.

Breakfast was good Only one person at reception. Took a long tome to check in

Room needed some repairs.

Location was good It is very run down, the ceiling was leaking rain water and we had ants in our room . Definitely not a four star hotel.

Spacious room. Good HVAC system. Good variety at breakfast Pillows and mattress could use updating. A few things in the room were worn and could use fixing

Great location, staff and breakfast. Was very clean. Plenty of hot water. Beds kind of hard and lumpy, pillows small and lumpy. After a lot of rain, we had a few ants in our room on the last night. Where the hand held shower hung on, was loose and almost falling off.

On-line appeared airport transfer included. Reception said was included but then pulled out a price list. Was charged at airport and double what an Uber would have been.

Great location, nice room, reasonable price, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Toilet was continuously running do we had to manually tiurn the water on each time we needed to use it. We reposted it but nothing done. (We were only there one night).

The hotel is very dated - some areas needed painting. the breakfast was in a very poor condition - the fruit was not fresh and there was not enough variety of food available

I requested a wake up call in the morning which I didn’t get and made me miss my transport

Facilities were Ok, leaning towards basic.

The hotel was very comfortable. We were given a room upgrade which was fantastic. The location is very central and easy to get to the beach and restaurants. Staff were very friendly especially the reception staff and restaurant servers. Unfortunately the spa pool wasn't open which I only found out after the booking.

Price and location We stayed in room 112 and a generator or some sort of machine started up at 5.30 am in the morning..I thought it was a helicopter landing...huge vibration..Imposible to sleep and it went on for hours...I like this hotel and have stayed there many times but this was unacceptable.
