Very clean property. I liked that it was a little ways away from the main beach area, kept it a little quieter. Great pool that was clean and nice temperature. Good breakfast with nice selection of items. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The glass door on the bathroom isn’t ideal, at night it floods the room with light when using the bathroom. Also doesn’t provide much for privacy, it’s frosted but doesn’t go to the floor. The drinks were delicious but over priced.

Great , convenient hotel with a lovely pool, clean, comfortable rooms and very nice staff. Have stayed many times and will stay again in the future.

The person (older guy) at the front desk is very rude.

Not enough staff on during afternoon or evening, no kettle or fridge in room, lack of knowledge about local buses or what's going on in area .

Great location, very clean, really comfy beds, staff friendly. Would come back again The hairdryers seem to cut out after a short time so have to wait a few mins before they can be used again

Proximity to the beach and supermarket - Free parking - Cleanliness; everything was clean except for some of the cups at breakfast, and the water from the coffee machine (I drink tea) which was yellowish twice during our 6 night stay. - Friendly staff; we had a leakage from under the toilet, informed the staff and it was fixed quickly. Poor facilities; no tea service in the rooms (no kettle, tea or coffee available), no water, no fridge, no power outlet beside the bed, very limited breakfast buffet (we bought a pack of nuts and cucumbers and took them with us to the table every morning. For vegetarians there are a few options available, for vegans there is hardly anything available, not even soy milk and I couldn't buy one myself because there was no fridge in the room to store it); the safe was broken so we carried our valuable items with us everywhere we went. - Guests were on average 60 years old; we are a young couple and were surprised how still everything was. We tried the pool only once, there was no music or action, the senior couples were sunbathing or reading and we were the only persons in the pool. We tried to watch a movie in our room and the neighboring room was bothered by the sound at 7:30 p.m. they kept banging on the wall with their fist; we turned down the volume so much we could hardly hear the dialogs anymore. All in all, the hotel is too expensive for what it offers. We paid 103€/night, so next time we will choose a hotel with a price-performance balance.

The free breakfast every morning was wonderful. Many choices to choose from. The staff was exceptionally courteous and friendly. The hallways needed ventilation with air conditioning. Musty smell in hallways and very hot.

Very clean rooms with great bed. The breakfast and pool were nice too! Breakfast package was made on last day because I had to check out early.

Had to rent pool towels for a fee.

Yes they have a airport shuttle. 40 euros. It technically isn’t anywhere near Faro!!!!! Distance from Faro and airport

Cleanliness, friendliness and facilities I could hear dogs barking in the night but the hotel can’t control that!

Loved my stay at zodiaco, it’s great value for money with breakfast included. The rooms are lovely and bright and the beds are very comfortable and great showers in the room too. The pool was great. Would have liked to have a fridge in the room.

Amazingly clean, especially the pool and public areas. Good snack bar food, breakfast was basic, but plenty to eat. No sausages or bacon, only scrambled egg, meats, cakes, pasties, juices, yoghurts. Plenty to eat to start the day off. Very good staff, clean rooms. Shower! Amazing!!!! The toilet doors?, if you’re a long established couple, then you don’t mind hearing each other on the loo, however they have frosted glass doors with gaps at the top and bottom, you can hear nearly every thing. Possibly some coffee & tea making facilities in the room would be nice. If you’re from the uk, the rooms are very similar to Travelodge/premier inn. We would go back for definite. It’s about a 7-8 min walk to the seafront. Ubers are cheap here too. Could possibly do with a bit more fruit for breakfast. Also add a few games machines to keep kids happy.

Great location, nice hotel in general, nice pool area. Close to the beach. The breakfast was the same every day and had very little to choose from.

Superb

Spacious, clean, minimalistic room with good bathroom Prefer hotels with a balcony off the room, but I knew this room did not have a balcony in advance. Pool was chilly as not heated at the end of March. Was not advised roads would be closed due to a triathlon so had to find somewhere to park about 500mtrs away from hotel. Would have preferred advance notice
