The toilet it’s not in the room, but a shared toilet

Great location playground and game room for children good and clean kitchen, finally should have had small sink in the room so we could have was hands No sink in bedroom

Lovely staff - very helpful and accomodating. The location is wonderful. Easy walk to the marina where I caught the water taxi into town. The public transport in Queenstown is fairly simple to navigate; including the water taxis. Nearby the airport which was very convenient but also the air traffic didn't bother me at all. The room was simple, clean, spacious and comfortable. Queenstown in general can be a little expensive. I found Driftaway to be a little costly compared to what I am used to, but when compared with other places locally it is great value.

We had the best time at Driftaway. It was truly a home away from home! The amenities were amazing - our kids loved the arcade, bouncy pillow and playground. The location was fantastic - it was close enough to Queenstown to enjoy but far enough away that it wasn't super crowded. We loved walking to the Marina for breakfast at the Boat Shed and dinner at Altitude Brewing!

I didn’t realize there was no air conditioning in the cabin, I thought I filtered my accommodation search to those that only included air conditioning. So I cracked one of the windows open, but naturally a handful of flies came in thru the night, so had to shut it. I’ve stayed in several accomodations with shared bathrooms before, the bathroom was just a bit further than expected, especially a nuisance when having to use in the middle of the night.

The view from the chalet was beautiful and relaxing. Close to MTB tracks Nothing

Location and amenities No toilet in rooms, if you needed to go to the toilet you had to walk 50 metres in the dark and freezing cold.

Room and bathroom is clean. Close to town and airport.

New property with good amenities No flexibility for a late check even for a 1/2 hour

Location was on point ? highly recommend , amazing space for kids/family's/couples. I didn't book more days to stay !!

A lovely cabin with comfortable beds and everything you might need provided. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were spacious and clean. Nice walks just out through the gate.

The heater wasn’t warm enough. Still felt quite cold while staying in the living room.

The room are comfortable and well-equipped. It would be perfect if the room provided the simplest microwave and simple plates and knife and fork tools. However, the owner is also happy to provide additional free of charge when needed.

Close to several restaurants. Bathroom fixtures were flimsy.

The location, the views and the facilities. Very nice place to relax and bring your family. Very easy communication and check in and check out process. The heaters being by the front door and in the room the kids were in both exposed therefore wouldn't have them on as the kids would have got burnt. Also jumpy pillow was out of order but guessing that's due to the weather so understandable.
