It is very close to the bus stop and you can get around very easily. The property is super clean and cozy! Amazing view as well.

Great location and easy parking. The owner is quite supportive since I took my dog with me for a snow event, so need to use air blower to dry my dog. and he showed up the outdoor power for us to do that. really appreciate it. none

Easy access to the airport, shops and busses if needed. The lake view from the room itself is stunning. Dark walkway from parking area up to the reception especially during the night.

Jaw dropping views, very clean and tidy, great facilities and hospitality, short walk from ferry and public transport.

The location is excellent, the room itself is cosy, has a great view, and the kitchen is well stocked so that you can cook for yourself. 10 minutes from the airport! For a place called "Spa Bed and Breakfast" it only delivers on one of them. It's a lot of money for a room and a shared bathroom.

The location is awesome! Josef is a great host. The place has a very nice kitchen which is common but very clean. Rooms are comfy and and toilets are clean. The bed is a bit uncomfortable. It was too mushy and springy which hurt our backs a little.

Close to the airport and a shopping centre and restaurants. It was not close to downtown Queenstown.
