Beautiful, modern, clean and uplifting. Staff very friendly and welcoming.Dinner and service at Giants restaurant was very good. Special touches - bath robe and beautiful products, fireplace and herbal tea in reception lounge whilst waiting to be picked up. Shopping precinct a few minutes walk and close to airport. No complaints.

Excellent location, very clean and tidy and wonderful staff A couple of water bottles, dental kit and slippers would make this great stay for all visitors. This is a usual thing in all international hotels and visitors from overseas find it strange to not have these basic amenities missing.

We picked this hotel because of the location near the airport and the Remarkables ski field; the location was exactly what we were looking for. Since we stayed for a couple of days, it was also a pleasant surprise with several nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The room was new and comfortable with everything we needed. the room was a little small

Location was great once we worked out the bus system. Gym was good. Staff friendly and helpfull. Duvet had pink stains Couch in room looked dirty and stained, just looked dirty it needed a deep clean or just get rid of it.

basically no car park unless wanting to pay for parking which is ridiculous considering your already paying about $300 a night

I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn! My room had clean and comfortable facilities, beautiful views, and I loved the extra security feature on the door which made me feel safe. Heating made it a very comfortable stay and the food at the restaurant were delicious and super convenient on busy days/evenings. Staff were very kind and welcoming and very accommodating when I was asking for directions and support with transportation. There is a bus stop only a 2 min walk from the hotel and its only a 15 min ride to Queenstown and 5 min ride to the Airport which was super convenient. There was a little bit of noise from other guests and kids running around quite late that was a bit inconvenient, and they charge a $5 fee to deliver room service which I thought was a bit unecessary.

Fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient with easy access to the airport, Frankton, and central Queenstown. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Nothing significant to mention. Our stay was very enjoyable and met all of our expectations.
