Marina Apartments Element Escapes

Located by the marina. Good view of the bay. Spacious. Love the heated floor in the bathrooms! Good communication. Clear direction for check in and out. Helpfull staff. I am not putting the next points into the dislike, just stating the fact. The fan by the stove is so loud and the carpet was not really clean. But, all in all, we like the place and enjoyed our stay!

communication between myself and Element Escapes was good.. Corresponded with Luke a couple times before my arrival and his replies were clear and prompt which I appreciated. a better view would have been nice.

The location of this property is not far from Queenstown town centre! Plus it walk-in distance to breakfast places such as Boat shed cafe! We stayed at this property for six days, and during our entire stay, there was no housekeeping service—our towels and bedsheets were never changed. Before check-in, the property sends a letter outlining various charges for different things, which sets certain expectations. However, basic services like refreshing towels and linen should be included, especially for a stay of this length. I was quite disappointed with the lack of service! Plus we couldn’t sleep the last night of our stay as the next door neighbour were so loud all night!

The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors' conversation. The drop is flimsy that it does not block out the street light. The internet connection is very bad that I have to reconnect every ten minutes

Location was the best, the views were incredible, and easy access to transport by ferry and bus to Queenstown and Arrowtown. Had lots of great places to eat on the wharf especialy Pizza, the best I thought we were getting a full kitchen, but we only had a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster, advertised as self-contained Need more information on the site to make sure you know what you are getting

The room was nice. The bathroom shower had mold around the bottom and wall were stained. It was definitely not as nice as the sleeping area.

There was a power outage on an evening after 6.I almost did probably around 50 calls to the duty manager and finally he got one. He came and repaired it though. The room without power is like hell

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outlook was lovely and the unit had everything we needed. The temperature control in the unit was amazing and it was constantly a great temperature. The coffee machine is a nice touch. Unfortunately it took the host 3 hours after payment to send us the code for the lock box. We had to book another room in town for the night as it was 8pm by the time we got a response. So it cost us extra as we couldn't cancel the booking.

The facilities were spotless, location was perfect for us.

Great experience booking the room. The view was amazing. The convenience of the restaurants at the Queenstown Marina were great for a morning or evening stroll for food or a drink.

Great sized room with additional kitchen amenities and good bathroom. Beautiful location next to the lake and near the marina which had the boathouse cafe, altitude bar and a couple of restaurants.

Highly recommend as this accommodation was handy to both Frankton 5 mile village and Queenstown township. There was nothing we didn't like.

Location at the marina was good. I would not have rented the property if I knew the room had an adjoining door to another room. The noise was unacceptable.
