Rooms are small, but well organized. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and facilities. Great shared spaces so we could enjoy our take away meals. Hotel is very close to the downtown and the bus stops to the airport, Arrowtown, etc. Would be great if the shared dining space had a microwave and a kettle - that would make it even more useful. I know that the vending machine has a hot water option, but it I had to dispense few cups to fill my tea bottle. Felts a bit like unsustainable solution. Having a kettle at least in the shared space would make a big difference

Nice hot drinks available around the clock. The rooftop deck was very nice. Laundry available. Rooms are small.

Mi-Pad was very central, and as a result, we did not have to hire a car - we could walk or use public transport, which meant we could do more activities. Very clean and new. There is nothing I didn't like!

Didn't like the toilet and bathroom area - add ons to the room and the toilet was just a glass sliding door (not see-through) but was so close to the bed in a small room so not a room you would share with someone you didn't know well!

The coffee maker was outside our room so it was very loud starting at 6am.

Loved staying at mi-pad! The rooftop Terrace with its fireplace and view were amazing. We enjoyed it at sunset as well as sunrise with the outdoor fireplace and our complementary chai lattes! We found parking in town (not an easy feat) and turned out it was right in front of mi-pad! Couldn’t have been more conveniently located for us! Would definitely stay there again when visiting Queenstown! All was great!

Fantastic location, just outside the main streets in QT. Roof terrace was great and nice private rooms with comfy modern communal areas. A great middle ground for those who feels too old for a hostel but don't like the lonliness of travelling alone to hotels. No free parking onsite but some available on neighbouring roads as per usual for QT stays. Could park onsite free after 6 I think until 8am which was helpful too actually. Would be nice to have use of a small communal fridge.

Feels very new and modern. All room controls were electronic. Washing machines on the property and inexpensive to use. Roof deck with a great view. Very short walk into town, like a couple blocks. If you want to be at the center of town close to the lake edge, then this property does not fit that. If you want to be able to escape from the main crowds but be very close, this property is good. It is on a busy street but that was not an issue for us. There is no parking but there is a lot Nextdoor that if I recall correctly was free at nite but charges during the day

The location is in downtown Queenstown, making it the perfect place to stay when you want to be able to walk into town for meals and nightlife. I loved that each floor had its own water/ice and coffee dispenser; this limited the number of times I had to buy coffee or bottled water. For a solo traveler, the bunkbed set up was perfect; it would be tight but manageable with 2 people. NA

This is a hip modern take on a hotel. It has a meeting area where one could easily set up for remote work, and the rooftop terrace is a plus. Great location with walking distance to downtown Queenstown There is no parking and you have to pay. However, we came around 6pm and then the night was free. I thought it is way overpriced for what it is. They also sent you this long information of having to download an app so that you can control access and the amenities to your room which seemed quite cumbersome to us. We were relieved to find an actual human at the front desk. She was warm and friendly
