Bed and pillows were very comfortable Room was tiny even though we had a lake view, for breakfast there were no Gluten free Toast or many options. I had to have scrambled eggs on a gf hamburger bun.

Staff were nice Tiny tiny room. Not even room for a chair. Not enough room to open our suitcases comfortably. A bit rich for over $470 a night

Location to Restaurants and Activities in central of town Room service was average with cleaning each day, for staying 12 nights and not receiving a vacuum and full clean after 1 week stay could be an improvement by the staff. Cleaner walked into the room on check out day with out knocking probably just assuming we have left when check out was 11AM.

We stayed at the Ramada for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of the town centre and many attractions. Our room was clean and had beautiful views of The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu. Having a washing machine and dryer was very useful too. The restaurant and bar were great, especially when we got hungry after 8:30 pm and could easily order a pizza for a late-night snack. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only downside was the limited hotel parking, so we had to park on the street.

The staff were great,and were very accommodating. The Ramada was so central to everything I needed. Will stay there again if I am to come back to Queenstown, which is a strong possibility. Will be recommending it to anyone going to New Zealand. The bed is super comfy. I have to say there is nothing i didn't like.

Good breakfast. Great location. Excellent staff. Room needed a refresh and smelled of damp. Breakfast should have been included. Could offer some deals on dining in the restaurant.
