The hotel was in such a convenient location, only a 5 minute walk from the town centre! However, it was out of the way enough that it was peaceful. The hotel staff were absolutely incredible, so attentive and thoughtful. We also loved the vibe of the hotel, it was super cosy and had a nice selection of food for breakfast! The water pressure in the showers could've been just a little bit better but other than that, we loved everything about our room!

The location was good. No ventilation in room. Room was super small. Did not feel clean. Dusty as. I couldn’t breathe most nights. Room service had nothing on it compared to other hotels. Restaurant was the same , Especially for the price. $25 per day for parking which wasn’t mentioned when booking.

Service by all staff was fantastic. Even the chef was aware that we missed breakfast one morning and made sure we had something to eat. The hotel was well maintained and sauna was great too The gym was very basic and could do with some mats and equipment.

The location, the lounge, the room and most of staff. The blankets seemed to cause some rash on my legs but not 100% sure. On the 3rd day when I went to have breakfast, I was told I did not book my breakfast even I already had breakfast in previous 2 days. I was asked to show the staff booking information which I did not print out. The staff from the front desk did not find the error is his first trial either... In the end this got sorted out and they aplogised for the inconvenience. But it was quite annoying then as I spent 10+ mins waiting there feeling like being questioned. I still cannot figure out how can such an error be made as it in the middle of my staying and I booked all nights in one go.
