The bedroom was very comfortable, I really enjoyed having a bath in the bathroom. The hotel is well situated, walking distance to the center of town and the Queenstown gardens. There was a persistent hum in the background around the bedroom. The restaurant in the hotel is not so great, there are a lot of better ones in Queenstown.

Not having staff on site-

Queenstown is a tourism magnet. One must expect to pay a high end price for your hotel room. Given the high price, the hotel is great: very helpful staff, underground parking, good size room, quiet private patio, great bed, good bathroom, free laundry facilities.

The room was very clean, good amount of space for a hotel room. Great size bathroom with a spa bath, well needed after hiking. The hotel also has a sauna and gym which we enjoyed using. The view of Queenstown hill and gondola was a bonus! Location wise it is a 10 minute or so walk into town, we stayed at other places that had a better location, but the price paid was worth the walk.

We absolutely loved staying here! Close enough to walk into town easily without having to hassle with driving and parking. But also loved the views from the room – you didn’t feel like you were missing anything even when you were inside we thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The worst thing about this property could possibly be the limited parking. We did not have an issue, but once we parked the car, we never moved it again.

Spectacular views. Great spacious suite. Even a washer/dryer!

The room I book has nice decent space. Loved the washer and dryers, it is nice to have clean clothes while on vacation. Close to town center. The parking spot is limited, first come first serve. It’ll be nice to learn where else to look for free parking if the parking lot is full. Prepare to walk up hills, it’s good exercise though.

It is conveniently located to the CBD of Queenstown. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The fitness studio is quote removed from the main area of the hotel- but still accessible. I was disappointed there was a fee to use the hot tub.

The views were beautiful

The location of the suites was excellent - only about a 5 minute walk into town. Staff were friendly and the room was a good size for our duration. Unfortunately nothing else positive to say. The motel was an absolute rabbit warren inside to find our room. No view at all, and upon entering the bathroom for the fist time, we noticed a huge clump of hair clogging the shower drain - very gross. There was still toothpaste in the bathroom cups too. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, the decorative pillows had questionable stains on them, and the breakfast was average and luke warm. Considering the amount of money we paid to stay at the is motel, we were thoroughly disappointed with it all. Will not be back.

Location, Cleaness, Kind Receptionist Very Expensive
-
Perfect location to quickly get to bars and restaurants, but far enough away to not be noisy

Easy walk into town. Lifts were slow and clunky. The underground carpark had very limited parking and was full when we entered. Someone had left their car double parked so we had to do a 10 point turn to try to exist all while more guests/cars were entering the carpark.

The staff was super helpful including after flight cancellation storing our bags while we fought to find another hotel since scenic was fully booked.
