Location is amazing and it was good value Staff appear to hate their jobs.

The bed was comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The location was central and handy to get to and from restaurants of an evening. The shower was not clean. The grout between the tiles had built up soap scum that was easily removed with a bit of friction and a cloth. The shower was small and uncomfortable to stand in (shower over bath). The added parking cost of $50 a day is expensive. The spa was out of order and this was not communicated to us at check in or prior. The spa was one of the main reasons I booked this particular hotel.

The location couldn’t have been better and the valet parking was great although comes at an additional cost. The room was quite old and run down and the fabric shower curtain was a bit gross and smelly. It’s was also a bit noisy, you could hear doors slamming and people from other rooms.

The location is excellent. Close to the town centre with lots of food option around the property. There isn’t any power outlet next to the bed side so cannot put the phone charger next to the bed.

Staff were very friendly and great location . WE paid for an upgrade, but our friends' normal room was bigger had a better view and better bathroom WTF?? Also, the spa was out of order.
