Exceptional staff - probably the best encountered anywhere in the world. Fantastic location, wonderful food, room size was huge, quality furniture and fittings. A really exceptional experience and cannot recommend highly enough Perhaps cleaning could have been a little better, but that is a very small issue when everything else is taken into account.

Location Prestige King Suite was very average and not worth the money paid.

Very nice room, great bathroom The decor throughout the hotel I think is a bit quirky, the amount of pillows was bizarre as well.

Staff are very lovely and friendly. Location is perfect. Had to ring for my room to be cleaned. And to continually ask for towels and face cloths. Asked for sheets to be changed and it was not done. Didn’t take all the rubbish I left and asked for them to take. TV stuck on one channel. Asked 3 times for it to be rectified and even staff couldn’t fix it.

We have stayed at this hotel before and the location is excellent. We booked a luxury King room with a balcony and received a smaller dark room with no balcony and only one window. It was next to the lifts so it was quite noisy at times. There was nothing on the walls and it was quite a depressing room. The bathroom was not cleaned very well during servicing and the bed was not properly made each time. I had to ask for more toilet paper as it wasn’t replaced and the milk wasn’t replaced.

The entire staff was exceptional- professional, informative, kind, & always placing the guest needs as a priority. Big shout out to the front desk, the always welcoming breakfast staff who made the start of the day so pleasant and the lovely staff at the tea/happy hour. All the food and drinks- wonderful.

The rooms are very comfortable and location is excellent walking distance to the city centre. The club lounge serves canapés (very good) and cocktails (average) in a lovely setting. I would rate the staff at the front office average. We arrived at 12.30pm (check in time 2.00pm) and while room was not ready which is understandable, we only got our room at 2.45pm. Not acceptable.

This is the first time I’ve ever given a property 10 out of 10. The old world charm with modern conveniences of the property were outstanding. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was first class - down to the heated tiles. The staff were exemplary. They always greeted me with a smile and called me by name. The restaurant food was delicious. To sum up the property, to me, it was pure lux. I couldn’t fault it.
