Great location very close to the main shopping and food section of Queenstown In our private room the windows didn’t really seal let cold air in even when closed, not the worst just a little inconvenient
-
Comfy bed, close to city, kitchen available for use. Needed some hooks in bedroom, better curtains to block out light. People need to learn to clean up after themselves in the kitchen.
-
location was good. shower was good but small. cleanliness was very poor. almost nothing in our room except a bed. extremely loud.
-
Location and the price! They didnt clean the room, they just put new sheets and thats it! The floor was covered with trash! There was no hot water for showers.
-
Great location, comfortable bed and value for money!!! They should install more common bathrooms outside the room.

Exceptional

Location is amazing, down town, exceptional access to Queenstown. #1 Just the tenants could do with some eticate, but being young it was no surprise that certain tenants were rather noisy in the kitchen until 3am each night (loud music, although being techno it also was kinda cool). #2 Tenants also should clean up dishes, instead of filling the sink with grubby plates for the staff to deal with the next day. #3 Getting an onsite carpark was a little difficult to grab in time, especially when you get back from the ski fields at 5pm.. Instead park at Wilsons overnight then jump the fence.

Poor

En algunos horarios no había agua caliente disponible por lo que solo podias bañarte con agua helada. Las instalaciones eran o se sentian viejas y con poca mantención

Staff were friendly and good spot close to town I had two freezing cold showers while I was there which is tough going in a colder building at it was -7° . I dont expect 5 star conditions in a budget back Packers but I do expect at least a warm shower

The internet Untidy dusty room, poor quality switches and bed, walls are old, the kitchen is filthy and unhygienic, no microwave to heat food, shower isn’t proper (can’t adjust the temp, very hot boiling water), there’s filth in the hall and the kitchen, and smells stale.
