The property is centrally located and secure. Beautiful and clean. The front desk is nice too. I would’ve given this a five star stay if the WiFi worked better. I wish the WiFi connection worked and that the main area where guests sit didn’t get wet from the rain. It needs a better cover.

Great location. I booked an executive suite and the room #11 was slightly larger than a closet. Next morning they moved us to a larger room which was fine but did not look like the photos. Very little hot water for showers and the internet was very slow. The front desk was not able to call us a taxi when departing

It was a beautiful property with well-appointed rooms. The location was convenient to everything but also peaceful. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Great location. Friendly staff. Upgraded room at no charge. Room cleaned early so we could come back to rest in the afternoon. Close to good restaurants for breakfast. January was good time to come to Querétaro- little crowds and pleasant weather. 24 hour desk which worked for us because we arrived at 1am. Secured front entrance. Internet didn’t work well. Shower never got hot, only lukewarm.

Loved the location, the hotel has parking, nice bedrooms. The shower temperature wasn’t comfortable, another garbage bib would be appreciated

Its location. No WiFi. Tiny room. No breakfast though breakfast was promised. One bottled water with no way to get more water. Staff was unresponsive.

The design is beautiful. The patio and the rooms are very pretty. Great location, just a couple of blocks away from the restaurants and bars. Parking available on site. No breakfast. We had 2 rooms of the same category and they couldn’t be more different.

Location is fantastic, the architecture is nice and the rooms are really spacious. There was no hot water and the wifi is pretty bad.

Beautiful modern room with rustic wall. Parking was free. Nice, helpful staff. As with other hotels in area, no window to outside. It is in a sort of courtyard.
