Great location, nice room and sweet staff. Two things: 1)While our room was nice, bed comfy, it’s quite dark. The worst part of the stay is that the air conditioner clicked all night. It woke us up 15 times. Also, it rained and there is glass on the ceiling! The rain was really loud on that glass, and again… we couldn’t sleep. 2) The pool is at another property that we never got to… I read that in other reviews, but I assumed the other property was just across the street. It’s around the corner, no big deal, but I didn’t love that.

The room was beautifully and thoughtfully appointed with convenient switches and plugs. We appreciated the double sink in the large bathroom and the toiletries were of high quality. The bed and linens were lovely. Great location on a quiet street. The very good cooked-to-order breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Really the only complaint was that the public area where breakfast was served was an open courtyard. Normally this would be great, but our visit was in December and it was pretty cold in the morning for an al-fresco meal.

Breakfast made to order in courtyard was delicious. Property was lovely, beds exceptionally comfortable, shower pressure good. Location was great - right in Centro - Easy for late night snacks in square. Service and housekeeping great. Nothing.

Mattress too soft

Very centrally located in the old city, exceptional staff, great breakfast, lots of local character, very comfortable and well appointed rooms with filtered water, cute courtyard and great rooftop with a view of church tops. Perfect stay. Nothing

We needed to arrive a date earlier and although I tried to contact them through Booking.com (per the confirmation email) I didn't receive an answer till after the fact, so I was happy that they were able to take us a day earlier. The breakfast was included in the price and the cappuccinos were delicious. The beds were comfortable and the towels very soft. Nice bathroom with hot water. I tend to forget that boutique Hotel means small spaces so while there was no enclosed public space, hanging out in the smallish room was okay for us.

Fantastic centro histórico location. Beautifully reimagined space and very comfortable. Purified water at the sink and shower is a wonderful touch. The only slight letdown was the simple breakfast, although it was good.

Wonderful location with a beautiful boutique hotel, clean, well furnished and excellent customer service. I felt well cared for and safe. Delicious breakfast was a plus!

The staff is wonderful and they served a hearty breakfast each morning. Bed was so comfortable and the bathroom large with a nice deep tub. Beautiful view from common rooftop area. It was so close to several squares and many restaurants but it was very peaceful. Thank you Eduardo, Ernestine and Christina! A small refrigerator would be a great addition to the room.
