The building itself is very cold, there weren't blankets on bed, I had to go to front desk to ask for them.the pillows very thin two of them couldn't make one, the matres very hard.And on my first night there was music kind of heavy metal too loud,

Clean and near everything ,stuff was very helpful they brought me extra pillows and blankets room Was clean ; breakfast was good The bed was extremely uncomfortable very hard

Free breakfast and located in the heart of Centro or Downtown Queretero so it was so great to get to know this conservative Mexican city with the 2nd highest GDP in Mexico. I am guessing number 1 GDP is Mexico City. Hot water in the shower did not come out until almost check out time Every other room did not have hot room in the whole hotel. The breakfast felt very vegeterian with beans so it would be nice to have an English translation of the options in the breakfast menu

Central location , breakfast ladies excellent, Shower head needs replacing and toilet bowl no water often no flushing .

Everything you need is close to the hotel. Unfortunately the sheets weren't clean, hair in the bed. Only cold water.

The arquitecture, cleanliness and comfort, superb value. No water heater in our room, that's the only downside. Be sure to ask for a room that has gas water heater (ours had solar but it was cloudy out there).

The room wasn’t clean properly, there were not hair dryer and also we needed to get the towels everyday.

Hotel Meson de Sara is very central and you can walk to downtown in minutes. The staff was very helpful during all points of my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

I liked the fact that they gave us the opportunity to check in before 3pm.The place looks nice outside.We love the location of the place.Everything was nearby.We could reach the center by walking. The room was not properly clean as well as.some of the towels we received.We didn't have that big expectations but definitely got dissapointed with the cleanliness of the room.If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place on the weekends definitely it is not an option.There is a bar very near and the music is so loud until really late.

Hey didn’t offer a breakfast They didnt cleaning the bathroom and bedroom, we found hair in the bed, And the bathroom was dirty.

We didn't use the restaurant The price is not according the room, I think should be bigger.

The view out the window was of a large wall, and the music coming from the other side of the wall was blaring from early afternoon until late into the night. However, the most inconvenient aspect was the fact that they had run out of towels, and we didn't receive them until late morning of our first full day. When they cleaned the room, they kindly removed our used towels but didn't replace them. We had to ask every time and were often told that they had run out of clean towels. The hotel wasn't even half full.

The location was good There was no hot water in the shower. Just kind of luke warm which felt cold especially considering that evenings and mornings were cold and then you have to go into a cold shower. Also no heater - although daytime outside temperature was about 25 degrees celsius in the night it would drop to about 6. Also my bedding had someone’s hair - the staff changed the bedding after i pointed it out. The walls of the room were not very clean either. The music from next door bar was very loud and i could hear it as loud as if i was in the bar, banging and vibrating in my room and on a Thursday night it was on till 2am. I rarely leave negative reviews but this sort of stuff can ruin your holiday. I guess if you only want something to sleep only at night it’s bearable but definitely not somewhere I’d stay again.
