La habitación no tiene ventanas, para claustrofóbicos revisen qué cuarto les va tocar. Las camas son muy duras. No tienen máquinas expendedoras ni room service.

The room was nice and the bed was quite comfortable. Many of the plants were dead or dying. Much of the time there was no staff to be found. The swimming pool, while it was clean, needed to have many of the missing tiles replaced. Anyone with mobility issues will find it next to impossible to negotiate the long set of stairs with no banister that leads from the street to the lobby.

The architecture is such that voices carry easily from the lobby. While most of the staff was very respectful of this, however a new manager seemed to be unaware and loud.

Amazing place, I highly recommended this hotel ❤️ the location is perfect, walking around to see the local shops and restaurants is a a must. The manager was super friendly and asked if we needed any help with information. The pool is nice, they also have parking space. Excellent value with location only 2 blocks from lovely lively plaza. Room had small fridge with free goodies; refreshed drinking water daily. Original room had no windows but able to upgrade (with extra cost). Comfortable king bed, good shower.

Clean and modern and in a good area to visit the old city. Small fridge stocked gratis? They use a strong perfume in their cleaners so if you are sensitive to smells even good ones it is a problem. They did take out the plug in deodorizer in the bathroom that helped somewhat.

Very well located, you could walk anywhere within the historical district, very clean, great service from the front desk. The room didn’t have any windows, i didn’t notice that on the description, plus it doesn’t have an elevator, at first they had us on the third floor but moved us down to the second floor. . The bed was more on the firm side. There’s only three parking spaces.

Location was excellent. Room was quiet. Facilities worked well. There was a sweetish smell in the room; I thought it could have been some sort of cleaner. I didn't know and I didn't care for it. Also the lighting was all very modern and LED lights. They gave kind of a harsh look to the room.

The location The pool was not heated/warm/climatized. It was cold, very cold. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

The staff was very friendly and helpful getting us a ride to the airport. We only stayed 1 night, but the location was excellent as we were able to walk to a restaurant for lunch and breakfast the following morning. The rooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of space to hang clothes and set down luggage. There was a desk in the room and it looked like it was just remodeled. Overall a great place! We would definitely recommend this place! The only negative is there is no elevator. We stayed on the 3rd level so had to go up and down the stairs. It was ok for us, but could be a problem for other people.

Street noise at midnight when city decided to Jackhammer the street right in front of the hotel. No warning from hotel and no offer to move us up
