This hotel is very cute and comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff was great. They have an outdoor kitchen you can use, I think they might serve food sometimes, they had a lot of dishes and cups, coffee, and hot water. Enjoy Mexico ?? Nothing

Kitchen shared area exceptional. Very clean, nice bedding and towels. Perfect for 4 days in a wonderful colonial area.

The bed was a little tall, which made it a little harder to get into.

I loved staying here. The staff were all friendly. The surroundings were gorgeous. My room was exceptional. The bed was extremely comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants, the historic center but very quiet.

had a fantastic experience at this hotel! Its location near the historic center is perfect for exploring the area's landmarks and attractions on foot. The hotel is impeccably clean, from the rooms to the common areas, which made my stay incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and well-managed place to stay near the historic center.

The style is fantastic—minimalist with an indie vibe. The hotel staff is kind and supportive. Overall, it’s an ideal place for relaxing and exploring the nearby city center, which is just a short walk away. The booking indicated breakfast was included, but the hotel didn’t provide this service. There may have been a miscommunication between the hotel and the Booking app.

The room and location are great. I booked a tour with the reception (young girl wearing glasses) who told me the tour will be in both Spanish and English languages. I reconfirm because I can’t speak Spanish. My Spanish friend is the one who communicate for me. Turnt out the tour is only in Spanish. I told the hotel that the information is incorrect and I don’t want anything, but just an apologies and for them to be aware of this misinformation. However, on the day of the talk the first reception girl isn’t there so another older lady, Maritza Hernandez, took the case instead. She started off saying she told me the tour will be in Spanish. I told her she wasn’t the one I talked with so she backtrack and changed the story to she heard the girl said it. I told her she wasn’t there, and me and my friend both heard she said it will be in English and Spanish. We asked for the girl name, and that she doesn’t know the girl and don’t know who I’m talking about. So the lady changed her story 3 times in a row. She then asked me what do I want; i told her I just want an apologies and for them to be aware with the next customer. She said she doesn’t care and if I have a problem just complain online. If a simple sorry is too much I don’t know what other service quality they are providing.

Super cute and comfortable place! The rooms are clean and comfortable, additional there is a big space where you always have coffee in the morning and you can use it to eat, work, etc. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

The location may not be the best, specially at night

The property is amazing, old mexican house type, really colorful and cozy, private and quiet for a good rest. There is also a common kitchen where you can find water, coffee, tea and juice any time!

I would stay at that location again The wifi something was not working but not the hotel fault

Location Warm water + good water pressure Which is not an assumption to make in México Many a showers were cold with too much or too less pressure Price is definitely not worth it. Got an upgrade via Booking to be then kinda downgraded to another room, cause the internet is horrible in this place! Booking.com in Mexico has 0 to none existing customer service. IF YOU LIKE GOOD WIFI DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL I was the only customer in the hotel, they changed me to another room which was definitely not the upgrade that Booking gave me. This was the only reason i booked this hotel. Its unclear to me why they wouldnt have given me the exact same room but WITH functioning wifi. After sitting outside for 2 days & using my data it was OR the lesser room OR the upgraded room. I choose the first. Their problem solving skills are avoiding the issue. The staff is also there in the kitchen all the time. There was no one else at the hotel, so they were using the kitchen (to cook for themselves, eat there etc...) & sleeping there as well. Which i found a bit invasive as a paying customer. 1 time i came back from a day of exploring and the whole hotel was dark! There was NO ONE there. I made a video about it cause it was so unbelievable that they had all left. I dont recommend DEFINATELY NOT for multiple days. The reason why i think it has better reviews then mine is because these are all 1-2 night customers that treat themselves a weekend out. As a foreigner the whole experience was just plain weird.
