The hotel is beautiful. Very nice rooms. Several things that I didn’t like - there is not central heat in the rooms! I had a very nice large room. I noticed a small space heater in the closet - but I didn’t realize that that heater was THE heater for my large room! That was it! The AC worked - but the hotel sets the thermostat so you can’t make the room colder when it’s needed. I went from cold to hot to cold to infuriated that a hotel that cost this much - had such crappy heating and cooling. My room was so cold in the mornings - NOT from the air conditioning! - that I had to run my shower on hot to at least get some heat in the room. It was utterly ridiculous. That hotel is POORLY managed. When I checked in, I asked for a brochure about the property - to tell me about pool usage, the spa , restaurant - nope! They had nothing of the sort. Who knows what the spa offered - and they couldn’t tell me at the front desk. The manager was co descending and not helpful when I had issues with my room. I can’t tell you how much I hated, yes hated, staying at that hotel. It’s a shame - it’s got so much going for it except good management and good customer care. The waiters and bartenders were nice and friendly - much better and than the manager and most of the front desk staff. Finally, they have a “no smoking” policy - that includes the outside. I rarely smoke but when I did, I had to leave the property to do it. Ridiculous - they have a huge outdoor space. OK. Enough. I’d NEVER stay at this hotel again and you’d be smart to avoid it.

The building and location are excellent. What a shame everything else was 2 star. The staff and service were absolutely terrible. Unable to book a massage in a spa hotel. Really? No coffee but filter. Staff completely unhelpful. Rude and unelpful service. This is 2 star service in a 5 star building.what a shame.

The hotel is very nice We didn´t have towels in the room but we got them as soon as we called.

Facilities and rooms are really good It was everything very disorganised, especially at the restaurant. It would be good to gave the description of the breakfast included imas part of the details to managed customer expectations. Also, clarify that spa facilities have an extra cost.

location and bedroom all fine

The room was lovely and well laid-out. The balcony doors did not lock securely so we felt slightly insecure. There was no soap provided other than a very small bottle of shower gel that was barely enough to wash our hands a couple of times. I also would have appreciated some kind of desk, since I tend to have to work at least a little, even on vacation.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Manager on duty was very unprofessional including, but not limited to, leaving the front desk when guests were waiting in line and the other staff member at the desk was on a phone call. Another example was walking into the kitchen and spending several minutes speaking with the only server on duty while we waited to be served. In addition, the hallways are very noisy (stone floors) so we were awaken both nights in the middle of the night by loud guests coming in late.

This place is the our favorite spot in Querétaro. we spend New Year’s Eve there and the event was amazing; well organized, high end and delicious food. They change soaps sizes and hair blow dryer without hot air.
