It is not well managed and maintained. I didn’t like anything. The young man at the front desk was friendly and helpful The front desk girl was rude. I showed up with my bags at the door and she asked me what I wanted. And I said I wanted to check in. She said she didn’t have any reservations for that day and didn’t want to let me in. There was no hot water in the shower. The bathroom floor was dirty

THAT I JUST SATY 1 NIGHT

The staff was very kind and friendly. We had an evening flight on our departure day and they graciously accommodated a late check-out for us, which made a big difference and allowed us to enjoy our last day stress-free. The hotel is pet-friendly, and even though we didn't have a pet, it's nice to know that they are welcome. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the Centro Histórico, within walking distance of everything. Despite being so central, the hotel itself is peaceful and quiet. The backyard has a small pool and tables, background music creates a relaxing atmosphere and it's never loud. They also provide snacks in the morning (coffee, tea, yogurt, fruit and cereals). Our room didn’t have a traditional window, just a glass ceiling panel that let natural light in. For us that was fine, but if having a window is important to you, just make sure to request one in advance, as the staff is very accommodating. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Location & appearance It’s not comfortable. Furnishings seem chosen for looks but not comfort or practicality. The lights were not on in the hallway in the evening so we had to use our phones to see our way.

Staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. Very clean (and pretty much new). Amenities were nice too. Location is really good and while we were able to find a parking space outside, they have a special tariff in a nearby parking lot. No complains... Everything was great

My husband and I stayed here for a week while exploring Queretaro and taking day trips. What we loved the most was the location. It's close and walkable to everything in the Centro without being in the noisy part. And it's just a block north of the main drag, so it's easy to be dropped off by Uber or a cab. We slept well every night, even though we went during the independence day festivities. This place was an oasis to enjoy Queretaro. The front desk staff was so helpful and attentive -- Andre helped answer all our questions and even printed out directions for us to get to Bernal by bus! The continental breakfast in the courtyard was perfect for starting they day. The cleaning staff kept our room so clean. The only issue we had was very small (shower wasn't draining) and resolved within just a couple hours. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The room had an air conditioner, but the building never gets hot ... opening the window gave us a nice breeze and kept us cool even without it on. I can't think of a single thing that was bad about this place. We will absolutely stay again.

Stylish and Comfortable

The front desk was excellent. Extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. The location of this property is very good and it was quiet at night. Which is unheard of when close to Centro. After reading stellar reviews, I was slightly apprehensive. The property is at best at two star hotel. I’m in my 60s and I’ve traveled all over the world. if people continue to give these types of properties extremely high ratings the visitors will never be completely satisfied.

Exceptional

Hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great location in the center of Querétaro. The staff were simply wonderful, as explained below. Hot water was not available during my stay, due to issues with the water heater. But the staff tried their best to find another accommodation to my liking and relocated me there at no extra charge.

I wish my stay was longer because I so enjoyed it! Felt luxurious yet so cozy and comfortable and quiet. Felt like a 5 star place to me! The girls at the reception were so nice and friendly. The breakfast was nicely laid out every morning. Last but not least the location of the hotel was perfect because it is in the center and a short walk to the squares: Guerrero, Zenea and Armas. Highly highly recommend this place!

The hotel is very well located, just a few blocks from the city center. Everything is very clean and smells good, the bed is very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent stay.

The hotel was central to all the beautiful sites of Querétaro. The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Appreciated the additional bathroom products too ? Definitely recommend.

Had a quick stay here but staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was cozy, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was great. It was quiet at night, so I slept well. Light snacks and beverages were offered in the morning. Very pleasant stay.

Our stay at Casa Oxa was delightful. The hotel was central, we were able to visit the Market (very close walking distance) and multiple parks/plazas. Natalia, front desk staff was very helpful with recommendations and extras and had the most pleasant demeanor. Breakfast was hearty and delicious and consisted of a variety of fruit, pastries and eggs. We will be back again! Everything was wonderful!
