Good location in downtown Qro. Close to many bars, restaurants, cafes. Clean and no problems. Not noisy as the rooms are set back from the street.

The attitude of the 24-hour staff was good but ineffective. The lightning on the patio was nice. The cleanliness of the room was fine. The hotel was quiet overall No WiFi is working, and the password was placed in a remote place. I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor without an elevator. I am an 80-year-old man with several abdominal hernias, and I had to carry my luggage myself without any help from the staff. When I wanted the staff to call a taxi to go to the bus station, they could not get one on the phone, and I had to go out on the street to hitch one, which I did. Overall, in spite of the good attitude of the staff, my experience was bad.

The room was clean, but small. There was not hot water in the room. The room was cold and the mattresses very hard the pillows uncomfortable.
-
No TV inside
-
No WiFi, they didn’t give us a conditioner I couldn’t work from my room on my computer

The staff was fantastic, kind and helpful. The location is great, walkable to cafes, theaters, bars and restaurants. The patio can get noisy if people stay chatting outside, however they went in when politely asked.

Really really central location The mattress and pillows were hard as a stones, plus the remote of our TV had only like two working buttons. Besides this, we had a real really noisy neighbour, and although there were signs everywhere to keep quiet, he was on a ver loud phone call both inside his room (next to us) as well as in front of our door at 3AM

The location of this property is excellent, you will be in the city center really close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and the plazas. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely small. It’s very difficult to even shower correctly because of the size of the shower, it’s less wide than a closet. There is also nowhere to put your soaps, shampoo, etc. Forget about any sink counter space either because it’s a simple rounded porcelain sink with the tiniest bit of space by the faucet handles. The room comes with one tiny packet of shampoo- looks like a sample- and a small hand soap. By far the worst thing about this hotel though are the beds- you may as well be sleeping on a plank of wood dressed up in sheets and the flimsiest blanket. The pillows are no better. We request extra pillows and an extra blanket but they were taken back every day after cleaning- when we asked why they wouldn’t leave the pillows in our room they said it was the owner’s policy to take any extras back after cleaning. On the topic of cleaning- they only do a very basic “clean” of the rooms and they don’t change your bedding or towels unless you specifically ask for new ones. The TV in my room never worked, and if you get a corner room in the far sides of the property you won’t get wifi signal either. There’s no phone inside the rooms, so you can’t call the front desk, you always have to go to the front.

Great location. Clean room. Friendly staff. The wifi in my room did have a connection to the internet. During my stay, they couldn’t fix this.
-
Great location. Small room, the bed was rock hard and there was no hot water. We were next to the stairs and they were very loud when people walked down them. Luckily it wasn’t very busy when we stayed or it would have been noisy.

No A/C. Come on, its 2023! A/C units are cheap to buy, install and enjoy. The room are small. Im à big guy (1.85) did not enjoy my tiny box. The restroom & shower area, is hot & muggy. It's cooler outside than in that place. Thèse hotels need to get modernized. Big time. Way out dated. Easy money for them. No shower mat, floors are dangerously slippery and the room is really tiny. The one I got was. Won't come here again. Loud, people can basically speak freely on the phone near your window and wake you up. All bad for me on this one. Booking has really settleted for low budget hotels signing on to the Platform. It's about the numbers, not the consumer, that's for sure. Booking is also disappointing for me. No real access to contact them. It's a freaking puzzle trying to contact them. I'm canceling Booking.
